El GeneralSo the day has arrived for the game we have been waiting for. After a goodsteady campaign, with only a few stutters, the blanquiazules came throughas Champions. Now the crucial part starts and it is all in our favour to gainpromotion this time, but I am slightly worried about over confidence (at leastfrom fans & media).

We all wanted to avoid Alaves, a similar club to us, with a couple of superbUefa Cup runs and various seasons at top level, now trying to get back towhere they belong. L’Hospitalet are a small club in every way, but football isfootball as they say and we have had plenty of reminders this season of howunderdogs can do the business. Usually they say playing the 2nd leg athome is better, but I was pleased it worked out this way. Hopefully we cando what the Germans did in the Champions League and overrun ouropponents in the first leg (2-0 or better would be fantastic) then you go awayknowing what you have to do, and away goals count double of course.

At least 20 Armada Sur have paid up to go to Barcelona next week, andplenty are meeting us there from the UK. I don´t think there can be manySpanish clubs (not even Malaga) that can match that kind of support. Wecan do it today! Vamos! Venga!
