The arbitrator shall consider the followingcircumstances:1. - The movement of the hand towards the ball(not the ball towards the hand).2. - The distance between the opponent and thehand (ball arrives unexpectedly).3. - The position of the hand does not necessarilyconstitute an offense.4. - Touching the ball with an object held in thehand (clothing, shinguard etc.) constitutes aninfringement.5. - Hitting the ball with a thrown object (a boot,shinguard, etc) constitutes an infringement.

El GeneralWell, it would have been five straight victories if the ref last Sunday had notgiven that very dubious penalty against us! I do feel though, that all thecomplaints (by fans, players and a possible official letter from the Club to theF.A.) are in vain and it is better just to get on with it. The players can take theiranger out on the pitch and the fans can shout louder in the stands. We canbeat teams even if they have an extra man in black but obviously we need anextra goal advantage or two. Perhaps getting an "us against the world"mentality will help in the long run.The way the Tenerife fans were treated last week in Madrid though was adisgrace. Leganes at the last minute charged away fans 7€ extra for exactly thesame seat as a home fan, all Canarian flags were confiscated and the Tenerifefans had a big bag of confetti taken from the them (and threatened with beingdetained by the police). Come on! It will be like the UK soon with the little Hitlerstewards! Thank God in the Heliodoro the authorities are more relaxed. In factthere is an "agreement" with the police that as long as the supporters behave theywill turn a blind eye to certain things, like the smoking of marijuna on the terraces!Well, it also helps to chill people out with the bloody referees we get here!!!Good luck today to the blanquiazules against Bobby Zamora FC and also toDave from Leicester in his 18th attempt to see CDT win a game (It´s okay, theplayers don´t know that he is here this time).
