TW@ESI31st January 2016Hope that you and all your families had a good weekend. The following is a forecast of the next week

By now we have most of our employees on this discussion group except ... Ludovic, Clinton, Lino, Victor, Daniele, Pawlu,... Please... All of you.. Join!!

Projects and deadlines• We are presently executing a number of fast track projects

and I would like to summarise the major ones them as follows:– 14_081 - Siggiewi Primary School BMS- We have completed

nearly all snags here... Its now a matter of training, handover, witness commissioning and documentation

– 13_076 - MDH Block D Ext MAU- We have done 70% of our functional tests and will now start importing onto the Master station

– 12_043_Life_Sciences- This is a hot project and we need to complete yesterday- we need to focus on a close out program here... We have done good progress but lots is pending

Projects and deadlines– 14_089_MGA_DAC_PA_Va and 14_027_SCM_FTIS- DAC – This is

now nearly all wrapped up- excluding snags by others– 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- The project has been delayed

by the contractor – so my message is to press on doing software until the contractor starts meeting the deadlines- we soon will have to continue on this project soon

– 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- The plan is to commission within Feb 2016 (this delay is due to the fact that we have a delay in carrying out the installation due to Hotel operations). Next installation phases are now cable pulling

– 13_070_SCM Lagoona_Pump room- We have pulled most cables and need to now start terminations on site... This, too, is going to become a hot project.
