A General Note before we start-•Our Christmas party has been planned for Monday 12th December 2016- evening – please pencil this date and keep it free•Monday 5th December will be the date all who are joining the fun of Secret Santa will open our presents •For new employees Jerico, Kristiyan and Stoyan- can CVA/SSA/JGA ask them to join LinkedIn, ask to connect with me and I will include them in our group- speaking of new members in our Linkedin•Today week myself and John will be travelling to Qatar from 27th Nov till 2nd Nov – we will be holding various meetings to try and find further opportunities in this region

Projects and deadlines• 16_007_LeMeridien_BMS_upgrade- We have started working on phase 1

panels – phase 1 which has to be completed by Feb 2017- next steps are– We need to order the JACES and Field devices – Prepare the Software for the phase one panels– Once materials are here, design sketches are available and software is available

we will do change over.• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close

everything down- we need to complete the tenant building module• 13_075_Bosch_ProWatch_Genetec_Interface - The Bosch HSDK interface

is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

• 12_027- Parliament –We have updated Maxpro and now and conclude all documentation (this needs to be done by end of Nov 2016) and finally integrate ProWatch

Projects and deadlines• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – Material from Siemens has been received,

RFIs are still unanswered from client• 14_069- Q021_TF4- panel build, panel installation, Patch panel

installation, FOC termination and testing• 12_025- The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A

PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION- SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• 14_081_Siggiewi School- there are some snags pending here which have to be seen to.

• 16_025_DeLaRue_OFX- We will be kicking off the project with the client on Tuesday 15th Nov

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS and we also have to execute some new works at CCA (new cameras, pagers)

Projects and deadlines• 15_011- Sliema apartments – We have been through the site orientation- next steps are

panel design, materials ordering, panel build and installation/terminations of field on site.• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- we have

concluded quite a bit here recently – we have some snags pending as well as the integration to the Acs- we also have to transfer the old GGY system to the new platform

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. Commissioning is planned for this week - The second Pool Panel- which is now completed

• 16_015_RSM- this lighting control project is to be completed by Beginning of December 2016 we need to really keep a good eye on what is happening on site by the main contractor- we must ensure the wiring and terminations are done properly

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have built all panels for these projects and we are awaiting others to complete their installation

• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

Projects and deadlines• 16_025_DeLaRue_OFX- We have kicked off this project and

next will be the sizing of the LOGOS from CFH, purchasing and some design connection details from JGH

• 16_041_RSM_Zebbug_Security- CCI and SAI will be going through the scope during week of 18th Nov so as to allow me to start ordering- A kick off will be held during week of 5th Dec

• 16_051_Baxter_AHU_Controls- An extremely fast track project which was started off last week (Commissioning date is in the week after Christmas) – next steps are– Sizing of Panel and ordering by JGH – Ordering of Tridium hardware– Measurement, ordering and installation of mains cable and remote

signal cabling– Finalising of Control description

Sliema• Assisted Clifton on Savant and delivered TV’s at GGY• Connected electrical meter in showroom• Continued with works on Mosta workshopNext week:• Panel modifications at OTM • Assist Clifton on Intercontinental commissioning• Aurobindo to change TT sensor on Chiller• Continue with works at Mosta workshop

Well done to the efforts done to catch up – we are still in slight delay and I have adjusted our plan – we need to keep it now!- WE HAVE FALLEN BACK AGAIN

• Project 14_069 - OTM Additions completion target 2nd November 2016- this panel has now been practically completed

• Project 15_023 - FM Env Control Panels completion target now by 25/11

• Project 16_015 - RSM DALI completion target 25th November 2016• Project 15_011 - Graham Sliema Apts Blk completion target 2nd

Sales and Business DevelopmentWe are working on quotes for Clean room control

system, lighting control systems is Qatar and trying to secure a large BMS project in malta.

Last week we organised our first Technology Appreciation Workshops- we did this on Tridium with two consultants from QPM – I believe it was a success and congratulate CVA, TBR, KJA and all who worked to make this a success!
