Q019 AS410 – We are proceeding with works here in conjunction with Gruppo Sett in Italy- our high level target is to change over in May/June 2017This week we will do some important tests on this change over

Q021_TF4- We have done progress here

Here we need to re group and re plan our works- I will revise a plan with CVA

We have started detailed engineering here- we need to keep to the plan of having P&Ids by 10th April and panel drawing by end of April-

This will be a first major project with the Siemens S1500 family of PLCs

We have started the panel build on MCC1 &2 (In Malta and Gozo)

We have done most orders and we now need to plan for the software development for this project

We have some snags pending - we also have to transfer the old GGY system to the new platform

We are finalising the 3rd fix on this project here

Q004_013_D5M ASRD 110 PPA is scheduled for 30th April – we also have another scheduled for 30th Sept

We need to close off here – the sooner the better – we are very close here

During next week we should complete the 1st and 2nd fix for this project

There are some points on the tenant billing application which we are tackling

We have a number of snags here , which are to be put to bed once and for all!!

The snags are centred around the AC controls and the NUOO CCTV system

We have made a commitment to give our contractual obligation of 100 hours as follows Training/ Data gathering and back up / Preventative maintenance on hardware /Transfer of server to SHE set up at MITA/Reactive maintenance/emergency call outs/Fine tuning / re commissioning of louvers –

We have commissioned the system with snags - we will return to site when snags are done by others-

We also have to deliver the pool panel

Residence

These two home automation projects are now urgent- we need to complete all installation

We also need to start working of the software development- they are urgent and we have to perform

The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION- SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this
