Some Points Before Starting

Shridar will be on long leave from 17 Feb 2017 to 20th March

Dennis Smith has resigned from his post as Projects Co Ordinator will

work till 17th March 2017 - We will struggle to fill in Dennis’ shoes and I will need everyone’s help until we

find his replacement- I would like to thank Dennis for the service he gave ESI and wish him luck on his

future

A New employee - Francisco Rupérez Herrera (Spanish

Nationaliity) will be joining us as of 16th March 2017- he will

be working as a technician with SSA and CFH

We have a new intern Redis Ziu (Italian Nationaility) who is

working with SSA/CFH

50% of the machines have been commissioned by CFH

Q019 AS410 – We are proceeding with works here in conjunction with Gruppo Sett in Italy- our high level target is to change over in May/June 2017

Q021_TF4- Panel is on site and installed- we have powered up the panel and started connecting and powering up MOVs

We have started working on phase 1 panels – phase 1 which has to be completed by Feb 2017-

We have so far done 2 panels – we need to do 5 by end of Feb 2017- so we are a little behind here

We have started some preliminary engineering here.... We will now proceed to detailed engineering

16_040_Playmobil_Factory

We have started design and engineering here on MCC1 and 2 and I have started placing major orders

We have some snags pending (Savant with Android TV, integration with Acs, under floor heating functionality) - we also have to transfer the old GGY system to the new platform

15_011- Sliema apartments

We have done most terminations and panel build is completed too. We are trying to finalise the installation and then testing and commissioning would be next... The completion date here is for March 2017

15_023_FM panels

D20 ASRD being built by sub contractor and scheduled for 9th March 2017

15_023 Q012 [D10 Endicare 230V] - Beginning april 2017

Q004_013_D5M ASRD 110 PPA is scheduled for 30th April – we also have another scheduled for 30th Sept

We need to close off here – the sooner the better

SAI needs to give a date by when ESI will be completed from all works (works pending from others excluded)

Another fast tack project Jace Based AHU control system here

We have done some giant steps on Testing and commissioning – still an amount to do after other finish their works

There are some points on the tenant billing application which we are tackling

We have a number of snags here , which are to be put to bed once and for all!!

The snags are centred around the AC controls and the NUOO CCTV system

14_08_Siggiewi School-

We have made a commitment to give our contractual obligation of 100 hours as follows Training/ Data gathering and back up / Preventative maintenance on hardware /Transfer of server to SHE set up at MITA/Reactive maintenance/emergency call outs/Fine tuning / re commissioning of louvers –

We have commissioned the system with snags - we will return to site when snags are done by others-

We also have to deliver the pool panel

15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap

Residence

These two home automation projects are now urgent- we need to complete all installation

We also need to start working of the software development- they are urgent and we have to perform

The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION- SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

We have concluded the required installation and programming but commissioning is on hold till the client asks us to continue

The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission
