The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start- New premises

The new premises.... The offices are looking really nice and Crisp now!! Thanks to all for you efforts.. It is now up to all of us to take care of our new offices and respect the huge investment done by our director. A bit more to do including list below- lets make an effort and conclude:a) Air Conditioning controls with JACEb) Re installation of all wall mounted items in tech area. This area

is to be made a show case and it is to reflect organisation and technology – this is works in progress and hopefully it can be finished shortly... DSH when will this be ready? Can we give a tentative date?

c) Automation system integrated with lighting and the other systems installed

A General Note before we start- Some General Notes• Last Friday 12th we had a good after office drinks at Naar and dinner after... Next Friday 19th we intend holding a Night Sail event on MoonDance. We intend to meet on the boat at 1900hrs at Msida marina and we will be back in port by 2200hrs- all those interested to confirm to me by e mail or on this Linkedin blog. MPA/CVA/CCI/JGA/JGH advise interns and staff without linkedin blog access• Yesterday 14th August we had an emergency at MDH.... Panel F02 was down and people had to be called out on site to solve this issue.... The sacrifice done by people to ensure that ESI give a sterling service is greatly commendable and appreciated

Projects and deadlines

• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and 15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. CVA can you confirm when this will be completed.

• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- DONE and closed off- prosit!!• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- This is now nearly

done and I estimate it will be ready shortly• 12_027- Parliament We now need to proceed on all

pending issues down to ESI (Original contract- Server software, Intruder alarm mainly- 80% of intruder is now completed and needs to be handed over)

Projects and deadlines• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all

pending installation works so that we may start commissioning

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have nearly completed panel design and it is now down to panel build

• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- the lighting will have to be commissioned in August 2016

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project.

DesignLast week• OVt – Continued draughting of DDC-1• GGY – Concluded DDC-1 draughting, gather dimensions & labels,

released for Panel Build• AAP, OVT, GGY – On each Points lists added JACE & DALI Routers’

UTP points• General – gathered part nos for my Common Parts excel sheet• OVT – revised all drawings to include additional 5No KNX light

switches• OTM –SAS000773 by 12-08-2016• OTM – 5DP02-EXT – barely started on Busbar Parts• Sales & Tendering – Playmobil 4No MCCs sizing & costings• Nestle – received concept for Panel Design (small lighting panel)

DesignNext Week:• OVt (NFH) – Continue draughting of DDC-1• OTM – 5DP02-EXT – Proceed with Busbar parts,

& Panel Design (release Materials quotes request by 18-08, complete Panel Design by 31-08)

Development and Commissioning• Parliament project - NEXT IS TO TACKLE SNAGS ON

PARLIAMENT so as to close off the whole job • The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY

AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION• 12_043_Life Sciences – Collecting the KWhr monthly data - we

have also completed on water meter commissioning- we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we also need t start scripting on the tenant building module

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM on going works and some large orders. CFH

will also be travelling overseas to Terneuzen Terminal to see how other OTM terminals operate and also gather information from OTM suppliers – CFH will be travelling with OTM personell

• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and are waiting from Panta on this

• Aurobindo We are very nearly done here and expect to conclude shortly.

Development and Commissioning• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on

concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI has done a plan- stick to it!!

• 16_011_Intruder_UOM- Some snags pending here which need to be addressed

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS!!

Sales and Business Development

We have been working on a quote for Actavis and a large offer for playmobil

Data, data and more data• We have a lot of projects which are giving us a lot

of data and I would like to start telling “stories” by data

• I have received feedback required and will now be normalizing this data to make it presentable and analyse it

• Margarita and Simeon are helping me out and soon I will be presenting our findings
