By now we have most of our employees on this discussion group except ... We now have also Michael from MDH on board.... Ludovic, Clinton, Lino, Victor, Brian, Rodney, Daniele, Pawlu,... Please... All of you.. Join!!

I would like to thank all of you for all the work done during the past year and look forward to working together with all of you for another successful year....

I would like all of you to take time to think of the past year, what we did well and were we can improve. Try and combine this with the lessons learnt exercise which I mention further on in this Team update.

I would also ask you all to welcome Dennis Smith to the ESI team who will be joining as a Site co ordinator. He will be assisting me on the execution of projects as a whole. I ask you all to help him fit in the organisation in the shortest time possible

Projects and deadlines

• We are presently executing a number of fast track projects and I would like to summarise the major ones them as follows:– 14_081 - Siggiewi Primary School BMS- We are really

nearly done now and I want everyone to put an effort to finish off this project by end of Jan 2016- Commissioning, snag clearing, training, documentation.... All of it!

– 13_076 - MDH Block D Ext MAU- Same as above ... We can really try to finish off by end of Jan 2016

Projects and deadlines– 12_043_Life_Sciences- This is a hot project and we need

to complete yesterday- we need to focus on a close out program here

– 14_089_MGA_DAC_PA_Va and 14_027_SCM_FTIS- DAC – This is now nearly all wrapped up- excluding snags by others

– 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- The project has been delayed by the contractor – so my message is to press on doing software until the contractor starts meeting the deadlines

– 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- The plan is to commission within Jan 2016. We have started installation on site here

New Projects

We have recently won a number of projects, we will be kicking off these projects shortly– 14_066- MDH Oncology integration – we will have a

number on alarms from a 3rd party BMS integrated onto the ESI MDH BMS. This project is due for execution in February 2016- we are awaiting information from Panta to proceed- we need to chase this information every week.

– 15_038- Oliver Voigt Home automation project– 15_044 - New AHU/Fan/Pump with JACE controls

DesignNext Week• Chase for As Built feedback – MAU, Siggiewi, Life Sciences

Panel Drawings• Westin 7 AHUs – Prepare Sontay Field Devices List• Intercontinental - Start on Points list, then P&IDs, Panel

Design• Hilton New Project – Restaurant & Kitchen AHUs.• Hilton – Calorifier Monitoring – Design new Remote Panel• Life Sciences – Fire Panel (create new Panel Drawing &

P&ID)• Hilton - Cold Rooms As Built Feedback

Installation

• Next week– Life Sciences Commissioning– ESI premises– Parliament CCTV faults– MAU testing and commissioning

Panel Build• Bolt tightening of Sterling Chemicals• Testing of Westin• Next in line - SCM Lagoona and Intercontinental

Mater Dei

• We have some extremely good news here- we have signed off a new 7 year contract with MDH. This is an extremely important contract for ESI and we have won it with everyones hard work.

• Things are coming back to normal with the MDH operation and maintenance tasks

Development and Commissioning• We have done large important steps on finishing off the Parliament

we need to get the documentation out of the way too to avoid us going time and time again on site- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we awaiting the client• The PLC/SCADA team have been working on the FUN Tests of MAU• We have also been addressing a number of issues for TSP Two Man

rule

Development and Commissioning• There is huge amount of work to do with the commissioning of

Life Sciences 12_043!! We are on a very tight time frame here and we need to dig really deep and perform

• OTM urgent jobs and snags were also done in the last weeks• Another project that needs attention is CCA Villa ... There are still

snags to be addressed- (Games room IP point, Under floor heating of living room, Intruder alarm door contact)

• The Siggiewi Primary school project – we need to close off – the quicker the better!!

• Aurobindo is another important and, now, fast track project We are awaiting the main contractor for us to start commissioning the Priority A items

Sales and Business Development

• We have been working on Home automation offerings and quotes for variations for existing projects.

• We have been successful in winning some new projects– 15_038_new_HA- A new home automation for Oliver Voigt– 15_044_Hilton Hotel – New AHU/Fan/Pump with JACE

controls– 14_066_Oncology_SD- Integration of Alarms from

Oncology 3rd party BMS– And of course 15_014- a new 7 year contract for MDH

• I have asked all of you involved in projects, what have you learnt? How can we improve? So that next time we do things better!! Please give this attention so that we can start documenting a list of lessons we have learned from past projects and try to do things better the next time round- I really need all your help here- we have a lot to learn and improve upon

• Many thanks to the people who have contributed already• Also try to do ONE new years resolution which would

make you work better... It would be good if you all can share me this ONE New Years Resolution .. I will share mine in next weeks new letter
