In the ranking published in 2018 by ENR (Engineering News-Record), the international benchmark guide for

engineering, Egis appears in 21st place* in the Top 225, in 6th position in the Top 10 in the “Transportation”

category, also 6th in the Top 10 in the Regions category in Africa, and 5th in the “Highways” category.

In addition, Egis ranks 5th in the "Highways" category and 8th in the "Water treatment" category.

Global Light Rail Awards 2018

Two Egis projects received distinctions in the category “Project of the

Year over €50m”: the Luxembourg LRT topped the category, while

the Nice LRT received the “highly commended” accolade.

Adrien Escoffier and Daniel Truffin d'Egis were awarded the

precious distinction for the successful development of the largest

3. AWARDS & ACCOLADES IN INDIA IN 2019

Egis awarded at Rail Analysis & Excellence

Summit 2019

Award for Excellence in infrastructure is

bestowed on Egis at the Summit in Delhi,

India on January 23, 2019.

This award is for excellence in civil

engineering & and infrastructure

development in the rail and metro sector, for

Egis’s involvement in latest rail and metro

projects including construction of new

projects, stations, lines, doubling or track

renewal projects.

BU India along with consortium partners is

currently working on Indian’s 1st elevated

semi HSR Delhi-Meerut RRTS, where Egis is

finalizing the technical parameters.

Egis is delighted to be the Knowledge

Partner of International Dam Safety

Conference (IDSC)2019

IDSC is an initiative of the Central Water

Commission, Government of India. This year,

the event was attended by over 700

delegates from over 30 countries. As the

knowledge partner, Egis presented the status

of project DRIP, for which, Egis is the PMC for

nearly 250 dams in the Country.

the Jury for EPC World Awards 2019

EPC World Awards are one of the most

prestigious awards in the infrastructure

The Work comprises of Detail design for Civil, Architecture and Building Services

including E&M works for 3 corridors viz. Rithala-Bawana-Narela (elevated), Janakpuri-

Majlis Park (Elevated), Majlis Park- Maujpur (Elevated) Corridors of Phase-IV of Delhi

MRTS Projects.

Delhi – Meerut corridor, semi high speed project in India

Egis is the lead contractor in the consortium. The main assignments are as follows :

The definition of technical parameters (SOD) for entire corridor of Delhi Meerut

RRTS (rapid rail transit systems): gauge, tunnel dimensions, track structure,

validation of traction power supply system, etc.

Detail Design studies of 16 km of elevated viaduct, including foundations and

superstructure; etc.

Preparation of tender documents

Supervision of Geotechnical surveys

In addition, Egis is responsible for the general coordination and administration of the
