Attendees participate remotely through WebEx and connect to our training environment via the internet to complete the hands-on activities.

    On-Demand Training (Self-paced) - Workday On-Demand training is a cost effective alternative to traditional education delivery, providing access to training 24/7 from any computer. Created in short, targeted segments, on-demand training is perfectly suited for system administrators who need immediate access to specific training.

    Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service Kits - The Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service Kits are collections of tools and resources designed to accelerate your Workday roll-out and quickly train your end-users on Workday. Each kit provides customers with customizable training materials (videos, frequently asked questions, facilitators guide, etc.) that can be used out of the box with little customization, or act as the cornerstone of a larger training development plan.

    Learning Management System Use our Learning Management System (LMS) powered by Plateau to search for topics, enroll in classes, and launch training all in one place. If you do not already have an account and would like to request access, please complete this form.

  • Purchasing Training Classroom and Virtual Training - Classroom and Virtual training can be purchased at a cost of $600USD per day of classroom instruction and $300USD per day of virtual instruction per student.

    These trainings can also be purchased at a cost of 1 training credit per day of classroom instruction per student; 1/2 training credit per day of virtual instruction per student. The advantage of training credits is they can be purchased in bulk at a discount. Training credits are good for one year after the purchase date. The discount table is shown below:

    On-Demand Training - On-Demand Training from Workday is available as a subscription service. The cost is $5,000 per year for a block of 5 licensed users to access one of the available libraries. Workday currently offers two training libraries:

    HCM - covering application functionality in Human Capital, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Expenses, and other areas

    Cross-Application Technology - covering technology that crosses all functional areas including reporting, business process framework, and security.

    Self-Service Kits -The Self-Service Kits (Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service) are available as subscription services. Each Kit is $7,500 per year subscription.

    Technical Details: Attendees participate remotely through WebEx and connect to our training environment via the Internet to complete the hands-on activities. These offerings are topic-specific and designed to focus on key Workday principles and functionality.

    Scheduling: Virtual Classroom sessions are offered in 3-4 hour blocks, with scheduled breaks in each block. Classes with multiple sessions are scheduled with a both a morning session and an afternoon session.

    Workday On-Demand Education is a cost effective alternative to traditional education delivery,

    providing access to training 24/7 from any computer. Created in short, targeted segments, on-

    demand training is perfectly suited for mobile users, and others, who need remote access to

    training.

    The offerings are categorized by libraries. The Open and Deployment Series libraries are

    available to all Workday customers; the HCM and Cross Application Technology are available

    to Workday customers on a subscription basis.

    Open Series This ODE Series covers a number of topics around functionality and

    basic Workday system use.

    Deployment Series This ODE Series was created to

    assist customers during deployment. It is designed to a number of aspects of process,

    methodology, and functionality to specific audiences during the deployment of the Workday

    solution.

    Cross Application Technology This ODE library contains topics related to Workday technology

    that crosses all of our functional areas including Workday Report

    Writer, Security, and Web Services.

    HCM These offerings are topic specific
