Classroom and Virtual Training - Classroom and Virtual training can be purchased at a cost of $600USD per
day of classroom instruction and $300USD per day of virtual instruction per student.

1/2 training credit per day of virtual instruction per student. The advantage of training credits is they can be
purchased in bulk at a discount. Training credits are good for one year after the purchase date. The discount
table is shown below:
Pre-Paid Training Credit Costs
Number of Credits Purchased Cost Per Credit
0 25 $600USD
26 50 $580USD

76 100 $540USD
101+ $520USD
On-Demand Training - On-Demand Training from Workday is available as a subscription service. The cost is
$5,000 per year for a block of 5 licensed users to access one of the available libraries. Workday currently offers

Cross-Application Technology - covering technology that crosses all functional areas including reporting,
business process framework, and security.
HCM Core- covering application functionality in Human Capital, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation,
Expenses, and other areas

Time Off and Accruals.
Financials - This ODE library contains topics related to Expenses, Analytics and Reporting, as well as
Revenue Management.

calculated by multiplying the number of employees times $.50 and then adding $5,000 per subscription year. The
minimum subscription length is the number of remaining years on your Workday license. For example, if you have
25,000 employees and 3 years remaining on your Workday license, your price would be (.50 x 25,000) + 5,000 =
$17,500 per year x 3 = $52,500
