    four training libraries:

Cross-Application Technology - covering technology that crosses all functional areas including reporting,

    business process framework, and security.

HCM Core- covering application functionality in Human Capital, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation,

    Expenses, and other areas

Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking - These offerings are topic specific to Payroll, Absence, and Time

Tracking and including On Demand Payments, Gross Up Calculations, Payroll Using EIB, and Adjusting

Financials - This ODE library contains topics related to Expenses, Analytics and Reporting, as well as

    Revenue Management.

Self-Service Training -The Workday Adoption Toolkit (WAT) is a subscription service. The cost of the toolkit is

calculated by multiplying the number of employees times $.50 and then adding $5,000 per subscription year. The

minimum subscription length is the number of remaining years on your Workday license. For example, if you have

25,000 employees and 3 years remaining on your Workday license, your price would be (.50 x 25,000) + 5,000 =

    $17,500 per year x 3 = $52,500
