THEFT WORKED OUT With the arrest of accused Piyush Gupta @ Puchi (20 years) s/o Satish Gupta r/o K.M. Pur, New Delhi, Ravinder @ Sanju (21 years) s/o Pyare Lal r/o Mahaver Nagar, K.M. Pur, New Delhi and with the apprehension of a juvenile, staff of PS K.M. Pur busted a gang of auto lifters and recovered 1 stolen Maruti Car and 7 motor cycles / scooters. BRIEF FACTS / INCIDENT : On 23.06.11, in order to prevent the incidents of snatching / M.V. theft, a team comprising SI Sunil Kumar, HC Bijender, HC Narender, HC Mukesh, HC Ramesh, HC Kapoor Singh, Ct. Jagdish and Ct Ramavtar under the supervision of Inspr. Ajay Vedwal, SHO/K.M. Pur was conducting checking of vehicles at Bhisham Pitamah Marg, K.M. Pur, New Delhi and intercepted a youth riding a motor cycle. On verification, the motor cycle was found stolen and wanted in case FIR No. 53/11 u/s 379 IPC PS K.M. Pur. On enquiry, accused revealed his identity as Piyush @ Puchi r/o K.M. Pur, New Delhi. On search of accused, 490 gms. charas recovered from his possession. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 147/11 u/s 20 NDPS Act PS K.M. Pur was registered and investigation taken up. INTERROGATION : On sustained interrogation, accused confessed to have stolen number of vehicles. At his instance, 1 stolen Maruti Car and 5 motor cycles were recovered from different places in K.M. Pur for which he was looking for suitable customers. At the instance of accused, his juvenile associate was also apprehended who used to help the accused in breaking the locks of vehicle. He further disclosed that he had disposed off one stolen motor cycle to one Ravinder r/o K.M. Pur for Rs. 6,000/- and the same was recovered and receiver of stolen property was arrested. Accused used to break the handle lock of motorcycles and after that they would tamper the ignition system of the bike with the help of copper wire and match sticks to start bike even without any key. With the arrest of accused Piyush Gupta @ Puchi (20 years) s/o Satish Gupta r/o K.M. Pur, New Delhi, Ravinder @ Sanju (21 years) s/o Pyare Lal r/o Mahaver Nagar, K.M. Pur, New Delhi and with the apprehension of a juvenile, staff of PS K.M. Pur busted a gang of auto lifters and recovered 1 stolen Maruti Car and 7 motor cycles / scooters.

BRIEF FACTS / INCIDENT :

On 23.06.11, in order to prevent the incidents of snatching / M.V. theft, a team comprising SI Sunil Kumar, HC Bijender, HC Narender, HC Mukesh, HC Ramesh, HC Kapoor Singh, Ct. Jagdish and Ct Ramavtar under the supervision of Inspr. Ajay Vedwal, SHO/K.M. Pur was conducting checking of vehicles at Bhisham Pitamah Marg, K.M. Pur, New Delhi and intercepted a youth riding a motor cycle. On verification, the motor cycle was found stolen and wanted in case FIR No. 53/11 u/s 379 IPC PS K.M. Pur. On enquiry, accused revealed his identity as Piyush @ Puchi r/o K.M. Pur, New Delhi. On search of accused, 490 gms. charas recovered from his possession. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 147/11 u/s 20 NDPS Act PS K.M. Pur was registered and investigation taken up.

INTERROGATION :

On sustained interrogation, accused confessed to have stolen number of vehicles. At his instance, 1 stolen Maruti Car and 5 motor cycles were recovered from different places in K.M. Pur for which he was looking for suitable customers. At the instance of accused, his juvenile associate was also apprehended who used to help the accused in breaking the locks of vehicle. He further disclosed that he had disposed off one stolen motor cycle to one Ravinder r/o K.M. Pur for Rs. 6,000/- and the same was recovered and receiver of stolen property was arrested.

Accused used to break the handle lock of motorcycles and after that they would tamper the ignition system of the bike with the help of copper wire and match sticks to start bike even without any key. All this process takes hardly 2 to 5 minutes.

1. Piyush Gupta @ Puchi (20 years) s/o Satish Gupta r/o K.M. Pur, New Delhi is a school dropout. He is unmarried and has mother, 1 brother and 1 sister in his family. His mother and brother are running an electronic shop in K.M. Pur. He came in contact with bad society and started to consume charas. Later on, in order to arrange money to procure drugs, he started auto lifting. He is previously involved in case FIR No. 147/11 PS Lajpat Nagar.

Racket of getting admission in the colleges of Delhi University on the basis of fake caste certificates busted.

3 racketeers arrested. Incriminating material recovered.

There was information that there is a racket operating in Delhi in which students were getting admitted in various colleges of Delhi University on the basis of forged caste certificates. This information was further developed and on 23/06/2011, Himanshu Gupta (aged 26 years) s/o Anil Kumar r/o Malviya Nagar, Delhi, the master mind of the racket was apprehended in front of Hans Raj College, North Campus, Delhi. Forged caste certificate of a girl student, Admission Form of Hans Raj College, Bank Draft in the name of Hans Raj College were recovered. On examination he disclosed that he came alongwith a girl student for getting her admitted in B.Com (Hons.) in Hans Raj College. The caste of the girl student in the forged caste certificate was mentioned as “Gujjar” and her residence was shown as Village Lado Sarai, New Delhi whereas she does not belong to ‘Gujjar’ community and neither does she live in Village Lado Sarai. The girl student had secured 91 % in her Board Exam. Himanshu Gupta was apprehended before he could submit the admission form

alongwith relevant documents with fee for getting the girl student admitted in B.Com (Hons) in Hans Raj College. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered.

On his interrogation, his associate Vikas (aged 24 years) s/o Rajeder Prakash r/o Madangir, Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi was apprehended from Pushp Vihar, Delhi while their third associate Ketan Gupta (aged 24 years) s/o Naresh Gupta r/o Ashok Mohalla, Mauzpur, Delhi, a contract employee in the office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli, Delhi was apprehended from Mehrauli.

All the accused persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that Himanshu Gupta is the Kingpin of the racket. He alongwith his associate Vikas floated an “Educational Consultancy Firm” by the name of “Sai Educational Consultancy” and advertised in the leading news papers in Delhi and other cities as “Educational Consultants”. Besides through word of mouth students came to them for getting admission in various under graduate colleges of Delhi University. They charged Rs. 3 to 5 Lacs for each student for getting the student admitted in the college of their choice. They gave assurances to students and their parents that they will ensure full proof admission. They got prepared forged caste certificates and then submitted the same alongwith the other documents to the colleges for admission. In this academic session of 2011-12, 10 number of forged caste certificates shown as issued from the office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli, New Delhi were got prepared by Ketan Gupta, a contract employee in the office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli, New Delhi. Ketan Gupta is the Data Entry Operator in the Certificate Section of office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli, New Delhi. Data of the forged certificates issued from the office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli was also got uploaded by Ketan Gupta on the official website so that if anybody checked the authenticity of the caste certificate issued, the same could be got verified from the official website. 3 number of forged caste certificates shown as issued from the office of Tehsildar, Ghaziabad, UP were got prepared by one of their associates Satish r/o Ghaziabad, UP. At present he is absconding.

Investigations so far has revealed that in the following colleges of Delhi University students have got admission on the basis of forged caste certificates. Details are as given below:-

The racketeers have been operating since 2008. In the previous years they have secured admission of students in Delhi University on the basis of forged caster certificates shown to have been issued from Ghaziabad. However, according to them number of such admissions were few. This year they involved in their network a contract employee in the office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli. Hence, they could get more students admitted in the colleges of Delhi University on the basis of forged caste certificates.

Recoveries

1. Two Maruti Swift cars – one being used by Himanshu Gupta and another by Vikas have been recovered. On both the cars on front windshield they have pasted sticker of a leading electronic media channel.

2. 12 admission forms alongwith forged caste certificates have been recovered. 3. Rs. 5 Lacs cash.

Profile

1. Himanshu Gupta (aged 26 years ) s/o Anil Kumar r/o Malviya Nagar, New Delhi – He has passed 10th in 2001 from a Public School of Hauz Khas, New Delhi and 12 th in 2003 from a school in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. In 2004 he did a course in Merchant Navy from Mumbai and he worked as a Third Officer in a ship.

2. Vikas (aged 24 years) s/o Rajender Prakash r/o Madangir, Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi after completing his schooling from a Government School did B.Com (P) from a College of Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi. He has recently cleared the entrance test for L.L.B. from Faculty of law. In recent past he was doing a Pvt. Job as an Accountant Assistant.

3. Ketan Gupta (aged 24 years) s/o Naresh Gupta r/o Ashok Mohalla, Mauzpur, Delhi, after completing his schooling from Government School , did his B. Com (Pass) from correspondence Delhi University in 2008. He is presently working as a data entry operator on contract basis in the office of Tehsildar, Mehrauli, New Delhi. He is getting Rs. 8000/- PM from Data Mation Company Pvt. Ltd. I.P. Industrial area, Delhi.

TWO GANGS OF DESPERATE ROBBERS/SNATCHERS BUSTED, SIX ARRESTED, THREE CASES SOLVED, LOOTED MONEY & OTHER ARTICLES RECOVERED.

With the arrest of desperate criminals having criminal background namely 1. Inderjeet @ Raju s/o Mahabir Prasad r/o Babloo ka Makan, near RD Public School, Gali No. 11, Subhash Park, Welcome, Delhi aged 40 years (2) Iqbal s/o Babu Khan r/o Shabbir ka Makan, Gali No. 5, Madina Masjid, Kabir Nagar, Delhi aged 30 years, (3) Aasif @ Meenu s/o Ishtiyaq r/o F-357, Welcome Janta Colony, Delhi aged 30 years, (4) Sunil @ Sanno s/o Ram Avtar r/o H. No. C-68, Janta Colony, Welcome, Delhi aged 42 years, (5) Latif @ Akbar @ Bhola s/o Mohd. Yaseen r/o M-87, Welcome, Delhi aged 21 years and (6) Zakir s/o Sahil r/o L-14, Welcome, Delhi aged 24 years, the North East District police busted two gangs of desperate robbers/snatchers. Three cases of robbery/pick pocketing in buses have been solved and robbed money along with other articles has been recovered from them.

OPERATION: -

To put a check on the incidents of snatching & robberies especially in the buses during early morning & late evening hours, extensive drive of vehicles checking has been initiated. Emphasis is being given for checking of vehicles as well as patrolling by m/cycles round the clock in main roads of the district. Sincere efforts are also being made for criminal intelligence. During this exercise, various suspects are being interrogated and listed criminals of same modus operandi are being grilled. As a result, notorious criminals i.e. robbers, auto lifters, knifers and burglars have been apprehended by the district police recently.

Incidents:

In first incident, a gang of robbers/snatchers consisting of 5-6 persons entered into bus with a view to rob. They surrounded one person Santosh Gupta and under constraints, money was taken from his pocket. He wanted to raise alarm, but was afraid as he was surrounded by this group. Then, the same group targeted one more passenger in the bus in the similar manner. At this, he raised an alarm. With the alertness of bus staff, co-passengers and QRT, stationed on the main road, three of robbers were overpowered. However, two-three of them escaped from the spot.

The three apprehended persons were identified as Iqbal, Aasif @ Meenu and Inderjeet. During their sustain examination, they confessed that they along with their escaped associates used to assemble at ISBT Terminus and board in the bus. They generally form two groups and surround the people and forcefully take the money, mobile and other articles from the victims. On further interrogation, it revealed that Iqbal is previously involved in case of preparation of dacoity while Aasif @ Meenu is a BC of PS Welcome and having more than 9 involvements of pick pocketing, preparation of dacoity. Inderjeet is previously involved in four cases of theft and preparation of dacoity. Three other boys managed to escape.

On further interrogation, one more co-accused namely Sunil @ Sanno (BC of PS Welcome having more than 19 involvements of attempt to murder, snatching, pick pocketing and Arms Act) was also apprehended. Two other co-accused persons are yet to be arrested.

In second incident, on 23.06.11, one Qasim s/o Mohd. Ali was going towards his house through Welcome Metro Station, two persons forcefully took cash, mobile and other articles for his pocket and ran away from the spot. When he raised alarm, the police officials, who were on patrolling duty in the

area, caught one of them. His identity was established as Zakir. Looted cash and other articles were also recovered from him. His associate namely Latif @ Akbar @ Bhola s/o Mohd. Yaseen, who is previously involved in two cases of murder cum robbery and pick pocketing, was also arrested on the instance of Zakir.

PROFILE:-

Inderjeet @ Raju s/o Mahabir Prasad r/o Babloo ka Makan, near RD Public School, Gali No. 11, Subhash Park, Welcome, Delhi aged 40 years is school dropout after 5 th class and works as a painter and white washing on labour rate. He is previously involved in four cases of theft and preparation of dacoity.

Iqbal s/o Babu Khan r/o Shabbir ka Makan, Gali No. 5, Madina Masjid, Kabir Nagar, Delhi aged 30 years is illiterate and works as a labour in the Jewelry Manufacturing Unit at Lal Darwaja, Lal Quan, Chawari Bazar, Delhi. He is previously involved in a case of preparation of dacoity.

Aasif @ Meenu s/o Ishtiyaq r/o F-357, Welcome Janta Colony, Delhi aged 30 years is also school dropout after 5th class and works as a labour in the Rehri Manufacturing Shop at Meena Bazar, Jama Masjid, Delhi. He is a BC of PS Welcome and is previously involved in 9 involvements of pick pocketing, preparation of dacoity.

Sunil @ Sanno s/o Ram Avtar r/o H. No. C-68, Janta Colony, Welcome, Delhi aged 42 years is a notorious criminal. He is a BC of PS Welcome having more than 19 involvements of attempt to murder, snatching, pick pocketing and Arms Act.

Zakir s/o Sahil r/o L-14, Welcome, Delhi aged 24 years is school dropout after 4 th class. He works as a labour in Jeans factory in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi.

Latif @ Akbar @ Bhola s/o Mohd. Yaseen r/o M-87, Welcome, Delhi aged 21 years is also school dropout after 5th class and works as a labour at jeans factory in Welcome. He is previously involved in two cases of murder cum robbery and pick pocketing.

Further investigation is in progress.

DOMESTIC HELPS ARRESTED, STOLEN JEWELLERY RECOVERED

With the arrest of two domestic helps, police of PS Model Town, North West District has solved a case of theft and recovered stolen jewellery articles worth lacs from the arrested persons.

Incident:-

On14.6.11, Sh. Deepak Jain r/o H. no. 297, Gujrawala Town-III, Delhi reported that while he was away on a trip to USA alongwith his wife, his parents who were staying back informed him that their servants Vikas @ Bhikari and Ramdev Rana both residents of village Cholidih, PS Devari, District Girdih, Jharkhand are missing since 3.6.11. On his return to India he checked his almirah and found his digital safe containing jewellery was missing. He reported theft of 14 diamond studded rings, 7 gold coins, one gold chain with diamond locket, 18 diamond/gold kada, 12 diamond studded bangles, 16 ear rings, one pair diamond studded tops, 70 silver coins, one set neelam bangles, 2 lac cash and 3 mobiles. He suspected his servants’ involvement in the theft.

Investigation:-

On complaint of Sh. Deepak Jain, a case vide FIR no. 268/11 u/s 381/34 IPC was registered and Investigation entrusted to ASI Jitender. A team comprising of ASI Jitender, ASI Pramod and HC Naresh was constituted and sent to Jharkhand in search of suspects. The police team reached village Cholidih, Jharkhand and found suspects Ramdev Rana and Vikas @ Bhikari missing from their houses. The team developed local sources and information. Through pain staking efforts the police team managed to apprehend Ramdev Rana and Vikas @ Bhikari from a neighbouring village.

Interrogation:-

Ramdev Rana and Vikas @ Bhikari were thoroughly interrogated by the police team. They disclosed that they were employed as domestic helps by the complainant 1½ month back. While Deepak Jain was away on trip to USA with his wife, they decamped with digital safe kept in almirah. They took this safe to their village and broke it open and distributed some jewellery between them and sold the remaining to a local jeweler namely Ashok Verma r/o village Mirza Ganj, PS Jamova, District Girdih, Jharkhand who is absconding. They destroyed the stolen mobile phone and disposed them off in a river. Stolen ornaments worth 40 lacs (approx.) have been recovered from the accused persons.

A BLIND ABDUCTION CUM MURDER CASE SOLVED AND ACCUSED ARRESTED .

INTRODUCTION:

With the arrest of the following two accused persons, the police officials of PS Mahindra Park have solved a blind Abduction-cum-Murder case of a young boy namely Rahul age 20 Yrs S/o Motilal Gupta R/o J-1886, Jahangir Puri, Delhi who was abducted from the area of PS Mahindra Park and later on taken to village Todarpur, Distt Kashganj (UP) and was brutally murdered there in a sugarcane field.

INCIDENT:-

Sh. Motilal Gupta reported that on 25.4.11 he alongwith his family members went to his native village in Distt. Azamgarh (UP) but left behind his eldest son Rahul age 20 Yrs in Jahangir Puri at his residence. His son Rahul was getting coaching from Singh Coaching Center, Vijay Nagar, Kingsway Camp after passing out his Sr. Sec School. The complainant returned from his native village on 8.6.2011 and came to know that his son Rahul was missing from his Jahangir Puri residence since 31.5.2011 after noon. He got a missing report of his son lodged vide DD No. 15A on 9.6.2011 at PS Mahindra Park and later on when he suspected that his son might has been abducted, he got a case FIR No. 142 dated 18.6.2011 U/S 365 IPC registered at PS Mahindra Park. The investigation was taken up.

INTERROGATION:-

On sustained interrogation, accused Vinod Kumar revealed that that he is married to Smt. Rinku age about 23 Yrs D/o Motilal Gupta and has two sons from the wedlock. The accused is addicted to liquor and often beat his wife after taking liquor. There remained a matrimonial dispute between the two which was reported to CAW Cell/NWD last year. During this, the accused was once beaten and humiliated by the family of the complainant last year. Since then, the accused had a grudge against his in laws and he wanted to take revenge of the humiliation given by his In Laws. When the complainant left for his native village in Azamgarh during the month of April 2011, the accused noticed that his Brother in law Rahul is alone at his Jahangir Puri residence. He conspired with his uncle, (Accused Ram Naresh) and decided to abduct and then kill Rahul. As per conspiracy, on 31.05.2011 after noon Rahul was taken by accused Vinod Kumar to Kashganj and then to village Todarpur, Distt. Kashganj (UP) on the pretext of meeting some relatives. Accused Ram Naresh, the uncle of accused Vinod Kumar followed them separately and both met at a deserted place surrounded by Sugarcane field and a Nallah in the area of village Todarpur. Accused Vinod Kumar had also purchased chloroform from Delhi to make Rahul unconscious. First of all, both the accused consumed liquor and then after applying chloroform on Rahul nose, took him to Sugarcane field and strangulated him with the help of Gamcha. The clothes worn by him including shoes were removed and thrown away. The naked body was then thrown into Sugarcane field mud.

INVESTIGATION:-

During the course of investigation, it came to light that the complainant received some mischievous calls and later on demanding ransom for the release of his son. The complainant is a Peanut Seller and he thought that the person making such calls should know it that he is not that well off. He did not take these calls seriously. On 18.06.2011 when he was abused in a Haryanvi dialect and was asked to vacate the residence of Jahangir Puri and go back to his native town Azamgarh, then he took it seriously and reported the matter. The caller was using PCO from Delhi-Haryana Border. The accused Vinod Kumar, the Son in law of the complainant was present with the complainant all along since 08.06.2011. The movements of Vinod Kumar were watched and it was found that he was not in Delhi after 31.05.2011 and his presence was in Distt. Kashganj (UP). He was thoroughly interrogated and then he broke down and confessed his guilt. During the course of investigation, the accused Vinod Kumar disclosed the full sequence of crime starting from conspiracy, disposal of dead body, making of Hoax calls for ransom etc. The accused was taken to the spot of crime in the jungle of village Todarpur, Distt. Kashganj and on his pointing out the dead body of Rahul (Only Skeleton),clothes that were worn by him i.e. Pants, underwear, socks and shoes of the victim and Gamcha by which the victim was strangulated were recovered. Accused Ram Naresh was also arrested, who corroborated the sequence of incident. Accused Vinod Kumar further disclosed that he wanted to mislead his father in law therefore, he along with his uncle accused Ram Naresh went to Panipat and made a hoax call to the complainant and again came back and noticed its reaction. The accused wanted that the complainant should leave his Jahangir Puri residence and go back to his native town Azamgarh so that the matter of his son remain undisclosed. He again made two hoax calls demanding ransom from Delhi-Haryana Border after consuming liquor and again noticed the reaction. Even when the case was registered, accused Vinod Kumar was present with his father in Law in Police Station and was pressing for thorough investigation and recovery of Rahul.

1. Vinod age 25 yrs S/o Ganga Prasad R/o H. No. RZ-19, Tuglakabad Extn, New Delhi. (Jija of the victim). He is a school dropout and was vegetable seller in the area of Jahangir Puri. He had a love marriage with the daughter of the complainant. He is addicted to Liquor and after consuming liquor he used to beat his wife. When he could not earn more by selling vegetables, he started borrowing money from small time money lenders in the name of his father in Law. After some dispute, he left Jahangir Puri and settled down in Tuglakabad Extn. South Delhi and was working as a driver of a champion vehicle.

2. Ram Naresh age 40 Yrs S/o Sarwan R/o E-1266, Jahangir Puri, Delhi. He is also a vegetable seller in the area of Jahangir Puri. He is badly addicted to liquor and needed a company for consuming liquor. Hence made friends in the Vinod Kumar. He made conspiracy after consuming liquor.

RECOVERIES:-

1. Dead body (Skeleton) of the deceased Rahul.2. Shoes, the clothes i.e. worn by him trouser, underwear and socks.

3. Gamcha (by which the victim was strangulated).

MURDER CASE OF P.S. ASHOK VIHAR WORKOUT WITHIN 24 HOURS

With the arrest of Mohd. Aamir S/o Aash Mohammad, age 21 years R/o Jhuggi N-118/347, Wazirpur Village, Delhi, a murder committed during night hours was solved within 24 hours by the staff of PS. Ashok Vihar.

Brief facts

On 24.6.2011, a PCR Call regarding stabbing was received at PS-Ashok Vihar. On the receipt of information, ASI Ompal Singh along with Ct. Parasnath reached at the spot i.e. Murga Market near toilet, Ashok Vihar phase-I, Delhi, where he came to know that the injured has been removed to Sunder Lal Jain Hospital. ASI Ompal Singh collected MLC of injured Deepak S/o Baldev Raj R/o WP-165, Wazirpur Village, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, on which Doctor had stated Alleged H/o assault by sharp weapon on the left side of the abdomen in the middle. Injured Deepak was unfit for the statement, thus a case vide FIR No. 157/11 u/s 307 IPC was registered on the statement of an eye witness Naveen S/o NanakChand R/o WP-137, Wazirpur, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. Naveen stated that injured Deepak was stabbed by one person namely Aamir S/o Aash Mohammed. During the course of treatment, injured Deepak succumbed to injuries at about 4 AM.

INVESTIGATION:-

During the course of investigation a team under the leader ship of Insp. Dharmender Kumar,Insp. Investigation/ Ashok Vihar and under close supervision of Sh. Ram Niwas Yadav, ACP/Ashok Vihar was constituated. Allout efforts were made to trace the absconding accused person & later on, accused Mohd. Aamir S/o Aash Mohammed R/o N-118/347, Wazirpur Village, Ashok Vihar was arrested by this team on secret information near Raja Park, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Ashok Vihar. The weapon of offence i.e. Knife (Blood stained) has been recovered on his instance.

Motive:-

The accused Mohd. Aamir disclosed that he was having dispute with one person monu over the issue of breaking glass of Masjid. On 23/6/11, accused was beaten by deceased Deepak in favour of Monu. Aash Mohammed, father of accused Mohd. Aamir went to deceased Deepak to enquire into the matter. However, he came and stabbed deceased Deepak in abdomen and fled away.

INTRODUCTION:

With the arrest of the following accused person, the police officials of PS Mahindra Park have solved a Murder case of a young boy namely Chote age 25 Yrs S/o Hasmat R/o H. No. A-99, Gali No. 2, Sanjay Nagar, Mahindra Park, Delhi who was brutally murdered with a Chopper in broad day light.

1. Sh. Munna Bhai age 32 Yrs S/o Yakub R/o A-23, Sanjay Nagar, Mahindra Park, Delhi.

INCIDENT:-

On 24.06.2011 ASI Omprakash of PS Mahindra park was on patrolling duty along with Ct Kuldeep in QRT vehicle. At about 6.30 AM while he was patrolling in main Market Sanjay Nagar near Gali No. 2 towards Gali No. 12 of Sanjay Nagar, he noticed that the victim wearing only underwear and bleeding was running from Gali No. 2 towards Gali No. 12 of Sanjay Nagar, shouting “Bachao-Bachao” and the accused Munna Bhai having Chopper in his right hand was running after him uttering; “AAJ MAI TUJHE JINDA NAHI CHODUNGA, TERE KARAN MERE AAM SAD GAYE AUR NUKSAN HO GAYA”. On seeing this, the ASI and the Ct chased the above persons but they entered in a house of the accused nearby. On entering the house, the accused gave a Chopper blow on the neck of the victim but the accused was over powered immediately with the Chopper and was taken by Police Gepsy. The victim was bleeding profusely, also reached near Police van from back lane and he was taken to BJRM Hospital for treatment. The accused was handed over to local Police of PS Mahindra Park. The victim was shifted from BJRM Hospital to Trauma Center, LNJP but after some treatment he could not survive and scummed to the injuries caused by accused.

INTERROGATION:-

On interrogation accused Munna Bhai disclosed that he is working as a fruit seller for the last 20 years and deals in seasonal fruits. He and deceased Chote belong to same Distt. Lakhim Pur Khiri (UP). Now these days, they were selling seasonal mango and have taken house No. A-99 Mahindra Park on rent for preserving mango fruit for 2/3 days for applying calcium carbide. The deceased had taken two rooms, whereas; the accused had taken one room on rent in the same building. Last week, accused got one truck mango fruit from Sitapur (UP) and he wanted to preserve these mangoes for 2/3 days for applying Calcium Carbide. It required two rooms for placing these mangoes but accused was having only one room. He borrowed one room from deceased but the deceased refused. Ultimately, the accused kept one full truck mangoes in one room, whereas, it required two rooms for applying calcium carbide to make the mangoes ripe. The mangoes got cramped and then got rotten. He suffered a loss of Rs. 50,000/-. This loss was suffered by the accused Munna Bhai due to the non cooperation shown by the deceased. Accused wanted to take revenge of this loss and when the deceased was taking bath in the morning in his godown, he reached with Chappar in his hand and started inflicting injuries indiscriminately. The deceased started running in the street and the accused chased him while having Chappar in his hand, who was noticed by the patrolling staff on duty and after a chase the accused was apprehended and the victim was admitted in hospital. The accused confessed his guilt by saying that he has taken revenge by inflicting injuires on Chote by Chappar.

INVESTIGATION:-

During the course of investigation, the blood stained Chappar and the blood stained clothes of the accused have been recovered from the accused. The motive behind the crime is to take revenge for the loss suffered by the accused due to the non cooperation shown by the deceased in mango business.

A GANG OF CANNABIS(GANJA) SUPPLIERS ARRESTED

With the arrest of three persons namely (1)Bimlesh Kumar, age 30 yrs (2) Amarnath age 49 yrs and (3) Gopal Police of Keshav Puram North West Distt. has busted a gang of Cannabis (Ganja) Suppliers and recovered total 64.700 Kg Ganja, one Indica Car No. DL3CAF-7093 from their possession.

Incident:-

On 23.06.2011 SI Rakesh Duhan got an information from a secret source that a person namely Amarnath having large amount of cannabis(Ganja) is coming in an Indica car No. DL 3CAF 7093 and they will pass from the area of K.Puram. After receiving information SI Rakesh Duhan told the fact about the information to SHO K.Puram and by the order of SHO a raiding party comprising of SI Rakesh Duhan, HC Jitender No. 1213/NW, Ct Suneet No. 1638/NW, Ct Lokesh No. 524/NW under the leadership of Insp. Vijay Kumar SHO K.Puram, was constituted and according to information Police Naka was held near Keshav Puram Metro station on Road no.37 and on the instance of secret informer an Indica Car Silver colour having registration no. DL-3CAF-7093 was checked and total 64.7 Kg cannabis (Ganja) was recovered and three persons namely 1.Bimlesh Kumar yadav S/o Ram Lakhan Yadav R/o Bablu Ka Makan ,Gali No. 8, Shalimar Village,Delhi, 2. Amar Nath S/o Ram Chander Chaudhary R/o G-237 J. J. Colony Jahangir Puri ,Delhi, 3. Gopal S/o Yashpal Singh R/o H. No. 5, Gali No. 29 , Kaushik Enclave, Burari were apprehended by raiding party and the above noted case was got registered by SI Rakesh Duhan and investigation of the case was handed over to SI Devi Lal. All the three persons arrested in the case and raids were conducted for source. The accused persons have been sent to JC.

Colony Jahangir Puri ,Delhi, 3. Gopal S/o Yashpal Singh R/o H. No. 5, Gali No. 29 , Kaushik Enclave, Burari were arrested. The accused persons were interrogated in a sustained manner and their disclosure statements were recorded. They disclosed that they purchased Ganja from Faridabad and the same was to supplied in Azadpuri, Mangolpuri and Sultanpuri Delhi. After arrest raids were conducted in the area of Delhi and for the source of recovered Ganja.

2. Amar Nath S/o Ram Chander Chaudhary R/o G-237 J. J. Colony Jahangir Puri ,Delhi is 8 th pass. He used to purchased the Ganja in Rs. 2000-2100/KG from Faridabad and supplied Ganja in Mangolpuri, Sultanpuri and Azadpur to retailers in Rs. 3200-3300/KG with the help of Bimlesh.

3. Accused Gopal S/o Yashpal Singh R/o H. No. 5, Gali No. 29 , Kaushik Enclave, Burari , Delhi is graduate and works as a driver. He is the owner of recovered Indica car No. DL 3CAS 7093. He charged Rs. 30/KM as a fare of his car from accused Bimlesh and Amarnath.

Jabbar Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Daud Ganj, PS Ali Ganj, Distt. Etah, UP, Age-41 years. He was working as Armed security guard in the office where dacoity was committed. He is B.Sc. He is married having 3 children and is poor by status.

Mukesh Kumar Yadav S/o Lt. Sh. Kashi Ram Yadav R/o Village Kamal Pur, PS Kurawali, Distt. Mainpuri, UP, Age-28 years. He is farmer by profession. He is 10 th pass. He is married having 3 children and is poor by status.Beer Bhan Yadav S/o Sh. Rajbir Singh Yadav R/o Village Nangla Zola, PS Kurawali, Distt. Main Puri, UP, Age-20 Years.He is farmer by profession. Earlier he worked as a security guard in Gurgaon. He is 8th pass. He is unmarried and poor by status.

RECOVERIES

INCIDENT AND TEAM

During the intervening night of 24-25/04/11 the aforesaid accused persons alongwith their other associates entered into the office of a pvt. Ltd company, situated at Mayapuri industrial area, Delhi with an intention to commit dacoity. The business of the company is to collect cash from various banks, offices and business installations and again hand them over after making proper bundles. At that time there were three security guards on duty in that premises. Two of the dacoits went near the gate and asked one of the security guards about the way for Ram Mandir. In the mean while two others also came in. The gang was equipped with deadly weapons and gas cutter for cutting the chest .When they asked for keys of the chest, one of the guards ran towards the terrace and made a call to the police from his mobile phone. Hence, the accused and their associates could not do much. However, they decamped with one SBBL gun belonging to one armed guard and a mobile phone.

INTERROGATION AND OPERATION

A team comprising Sh. Sushil Kumar SHO/ Mayapuri, Sh. R.N. Choudhary Inspector Investigation, HC Mohd. Yubsiroon No. 95/W, HC Murari Lal No. 181/W, HC Mahender No. 913/W and Ct. Krishan Mundey, 1298/W was formed under the supervision of ACP /Tilak Nagar Sh. Pankaj Kumar Singh to nab the gang. Help of Special Staff West District was also taken. The team had interrogated more than 70 persons including the present and the past employees of the security services company. Due to the sincere efforts of the team, the involvement of one of the security guards, namely Jabbar Singh who was previously employed in the same office, could be detected.

During interrogation, the accused Jabbar Singh confessed that he was the main planner of this dacoity. Since worked in that company since long, he had full knowledge of the working system of the company. But it was not possible for him to act alone. And so he lured his known persons belonging to his area for committing this dacoity by promising them that if they act as per his direction, they can become millionaire over night. On his disclosure his other associates were also apprehended and the looted property i.e. S.B.B.L. Gun and a Mobile Phone was recovered. Search for other accused persons is continuing

PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENTS: -

FIR No. 412/10, U/S 379/356/411 IPC, dated 22.10.10, P. S. Parshant Vihar, Delhi.

INCIDENT: -

On 24.06.11, an information was received in P.S. Mianwali Nagar that a snatcher was caught red

handed near gate No.5, GH-14 near Guru Har Kishan Nagar. When the Police team reached there, Smt. Ranjana

Bhalla W/o Ashwani Bhalla R/o H. No. 531, GH-14, Paschim Vihar, Delhi, produced the accused alongwith the

snatched bag. HC Lakhan Singh, No. 575/W.

INVESTIGATION & OPERATION: -

During interrogation, the accused disclosed that he is perusing BBA from Inderprastha institute of

Technology and Management, Janakpuri. He used to live a lavish life and has girlfriends. He used to wear

expensive cloths and other accessories. He could not meet the expenses, therefore, he started snatching chains

and purses from gullible victims in Posh localities. He used his Pulsar motorcycle to execute the crime. He

disclosed that on 24.6.11 he was roaming on his motorcycle to choose a target in the area of GH-14, Paschim

Vihar in the evening. In the meantime, he saw a girl coming in a rickshaw alongwith his mother having a bag in her

hand. He chased her and snatched her bag and tried to run away, but he was caught alongwith his motorcycle and

the snatched bag by the public after some distance.

On sustained interrogation, he further revealed that, he alongwith his associate Shiv Kumar has

previously snatched a bag on his Pulsar motorcycle from a lady also in the main market of Rajouri Garden about

four months ago in the evening time, and also a gold chain of a pedestrian lady at Balbir Singh Marg, Paschim

Vihar Delhi on 22.06.2011. On sustained interrogation it was also revealed that, the accused wass previously

involved in case FIR 412/10, dated 22.10.10, U/S 379/356/411 IPC, P. S. Parshant Vihar, Delhi. The investigation

of the case is in progress.

Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

MURDER CASE SOLVED.

DATED 25-6-2011

With the arrest of three persons namely Shiv Kumar, Chandresh and Amar Nath South East Distt.

Police have solved a Murder case of P.S. Badarpur in less than 24 Hrs in which one Raj Kumar @ Gallu S/o Dasa

Ram Yadav R/o vill. Khajuri, PO+ P.S. Lal Ganj, Pratapganh, U.P. ( present address- BIW colony, NTPC,

Badarpur ) was murdered on 24-6-2011.

 

INCIDENT:- A PCR call was received on 24-6-2011 at 11. 30 P.M in police station Badarpur regarding a quarrel in

BIW camp, near NTPC. On reaching the spot the police team found a dead body of a male namely Raj Kumar @

Gallu S/o Dasa Ram Yadav lying in open chowk. He had cut marks near left shoulder collar and there was blood

lying on the spot. Complainant Rahul Kumar Yadav S/o Sh. Surya Bali Yadav R/o vill. Chadai ka Pukha, P.S.

Sagirpur Kotwali, Distt. Pratapgarh, U.P. an eye witness to the murder and relative of deceased Raj Kumar @ Gallu

informed the police that on 19-6-2011 he came to Delhi with one Raj Kumar @ Gallu in search of job and was

staying with Raj Kumar at BIW Colony. Raj Kumar was his relative and was working as a beldhar. There were some

other people of Distt. Pratap Garh known to them, staying in the same area. On 24-6-2011 night at about 10-30

PM he along with Raj Kumar Yadav @ Gallu were present in their room, Shiv Kumar, Chandresh and his brother

Amar Nath who were are staying in a near by Jhuggi came to their room and started talking with Raj Kumar Yadav

@ Gallu in loud noise about the share of gambling ( Juwa). Shiv Kumar asked Raj Kumar to give half share, but

Raj Kumar denied. There was a quarrel and Shiv Kumar along with Chandresh and Amar Nath started beating Raj

Kumar. When Raj Kumar raised an alarm Shiv Kumar assaulted him with a sharp article on his left shoulder, from

which blood started oozing. In the mean time on hearing noise other persons arrived there. Shiv Kumar, Chandresh

and Amar Nath murdered Raj Kumar @ Gallu and fled from the scene. In between someone informed the police.

Hence the above noted case was registered

 

Without losing any time a devoted team comprising of Inspr. Sanjay Bhardwaj, SHO/Badarpur, S.I.

Tej Ram, HC Baldhari, HC Ram Raj, Ct. Bir Singh, Ct. Jhabarmal, was constituted under the close supervision of

Sh. Bal Krishan Sharma, ACP/Sarita Vihar to trace the accused. The team apprehended all the three accused

persons. On the basis of secret information from Badarpur Border while they were trying to flee to Pratap Garh.

After sustained interrogation the blood stained clothes worn by the accused persons and the weapon of offence, a “

palta” (kitchen utensil) were recovered from garbage dump near jhuggis. Interrogation also revealed that the

accused and deceased had old enmity over some property properties in their native village in Pratapgarh, U.P.

2. Chandresh age 30 years S/o Ram Sumer Yadav R/o vill. Badhua, Post Sangrampur, Pratap Garh U.P.

3. Amar Nath age 19 years S/o Sada Ram Yadav R/o vill. Bhir Badrapur, Post Bhatani, P.S. Lal Ganj,

Pratapgarh, U.P.

 

All the three accused persons work as labourers on daily wages and work as masons etc. Their previous

involvements in crime are being verified from native place.

Further investigation is in progress.
