• Consumerization of HR tech - HR software is moving its focus from HR users to employees and managers. The new solutionsare designed to give information directly to managers and employees to make them more productive and to improve theirengagement and learning
• Annual performance management is becoming obsolete, employees as well as managers feel that traditional performancereviews affect time and productivity and are of little or no value. Real-time and continuous performance feedback as well asFacebook 'Like' employee recognition by both peers and managers is gathering momentum
• Culture mapping and engagement gauging tools are on the rise. An increasing number of organization are using pulse surveysand text/sentiment analysis to understand the gathered employee feedback
• Rise of intelligence in HR technologies – Real-time data analytics is being used as a powerful tool in all HR sub-sectors, alongwith data-first tools that sit on the existing HR system to provide talent and strategic insights
