Real-time and continuous performance feedback as well asFacebook 'Like' employee recognition by both peers and managers is gathering momentum

• Culture mapping and engagement gauging tools are on the rise. An increasing number of organization are using pulse surveysand text/sentiment analysis to understand the gathered employee feedback

• Rise of intelligence in HR technologies – Real-time data analytics is being used as a powerful tool in all HR sub-sectors, alongwith data-first tools that sit on the existing HR system to provide talent and strategic insights
