Our love spreads and our “Collage of Hearts” grows each time a gift is made to One Great Hour of Sharing. Each heart represents $100 toward our goal of $6,000 for OGHS. Contribu-tions to this special offering may be made throughout Lent and on Easter Sunday. Our total OGHS receipts through March 8, 2015, are $1286.05, or 21.4% of the $6000 goal. MARK YOUR CALENDARS... The Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Palm Sunday, March 29 at 9:00 a.m., followed by refreshments and arts and crafts. We will meet in the Great Room at 9:00, proceed outside for a picture on the steps and start hunting. Children will be divided by age groups and directed to a designated area. After the hunt the children will be asked to go to the Jr. Assembly Room for activities. The Easter Bunny has asked that we not purchase anymore plastic eggs, he has enough. We still have eggs available to fill in the Gathering Room and should be returned no later than March 22. Help will be needed to hide eggs at 8:30 on Palm Sunday. Thanks, Jo Jacoby NO Children’s Church School on March 29 & April 5. We will have M&M’s both Sundays.

Paxton Presbyterian Church Incident Report Form The Safety and Security Committee has developed a form for anyone to report incidents resulting in injury or medical care. The purpose of the form is to have a record of the inci-dent on file for insurance records and also for back up information to see if whatever inci-dent occurred was the result of something that needs to be brought to the attention of the Property Management Ministry. The forms are located in the church office next to the AED unit. If you have any questions, please contact Dave Elder or Charles Mory. In the very near future, the Safety and Security Committee will be placing three hard line phones that were donated to the church in the Parlor, one next to the water fountain in the hallway near the Gathering Room and one on the lower level in the small hallway where the Ladies Room and Men's Room are located. The phones are strictly for anyone not having a means to make an emergency call.

During the Wednesday evening worship services ( March 18 and 25) we will hold up a mirror to our-selves and look closely at our lives and discover where those tradition deadly sins of greed, lust, sloth, gluttony and pride might be hiding in plain sight. During our Lenten Sunday worship we will embrace five

traditional spiritual practices which, if we engage in them, put us in a better position to recognize and par-ticipate in the work of God’s grace in our world. Those practices are prayer, fasting, study, suffering with and for each other and providing hospitality.

Spring Clean-up March 21st

Our spring clean-up will be held on Saturday, March 21st starting at 8AM. We are asking you to bring your own rake and tarp and if possible, your mulcher or lawn mower to mulch some piles. We will remove any branches and sticks and have the piles to be mulched in a specified location. We will be concentrating on the flower beds, the Grove worship area and any large piles of leaves. If there is snow still remaining or if it rains, we will move the date to March 28th. A light lunch will be provided at the completion of the event. If you have any questions, please contact Dave Elder at 979-1234.
