Deloitte Ride Across BritainThe UK’s premier long-distance cycling challenge. 1,000 riders cycle over 980 fully supported miles from Land’s End to John O’Groats in just 9 days. Taking in the most beautiful scenery in Britain, it’s a once in a lifetime challenge for teams and individuals where everything is looked after except the pedalling.

London 3 PeaksStand Up to Cancer wanted an iconic fundraiser to add to their portfolio. We brought the classic 3 peaks challenge to the capital with a 5k run in-between tower climbs. After the Gherkin, Salesforce Tower, and 200 Aldersgate, we finished with a 196ft abseil!

RBS Sport Relief Cycle ChallengeRBS wanted a UK wide employee engagement challenge to raise money for Sport Relief. We created a 5 day, 500 mile cycle ride between the 2 main office hubs with the opportunity to ride the full 5 days, 100 mile, 35 mile or as an in-office cycle challenge.

Bupa ChallengeEach year we deliver a multi-sport challenge for Bupa and their clients. Activities include paddle boarding, high ropes and creative tasks like wood carving, often with a competitive edge. Improving client relationships, employee engagement and incorporating a challenging learning element are all key to its success.

Macmillan Mighty HikesMacmillan Cancer Support partnered with Threshold to deliver eight fantastic one-day hiking marathons all over the UK in 2018. As delivery partner, we ensured that thousands of hikers of all abilities enjoyed some of the most beautiful and unspoiled parts of the UK in support of people affected by cancer.

Virgin Strive Challenge

2018 saw a team of challengers make their way from Sardinia to the summit of Mont Blanc using only human power. Taking place over a month, they were joined by over 200 fellow strivers as they hiked, cycled, swam and ran their way across Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes.

Microsoft wanted an internal adventure away day, to galvanise and strengthen team culture. We were tasked with pushing the teams out of comfort zones whilst ensuring they worked together to complete various activity challenges. People didn’t stay dry (or strangers) for long.

Vodafone Big Bold TriathlonVodafone wanted to unite their people in a day of wellbeing, fundraising and fun. They took to the water with triathlons in the North and South of the UK where employees could choose from full Olympic distance challenges through to a 5km walk or dragon boating before a family friendly BBQ and entertainment.

Comic Relief - Kilimanjaro: The ReturnThreshold were delighted to look after the Comic Relief team as a group of 9 celebrities took on Mount Kilimanjaro in 2019. They conquered Africa’s highest peak as part of Red Nose Day, raising money to help transform the lives of vulnerable people and communities in the UK and internationally.

RBC Ride for the Kids2018 saw 47 riders take on a breathtaking two-day cycle from RBC’s London office to the heart of Bruges, Belgium. The group were of varying ability levels, ranging from novice to elite. That didn’t stop them covering the 184 miles as one team raising thousands of pounds for RBC’s charity parter, SportsAid.
