Luxury Package
• Brittland Manor and the River Lodge for three days and two nights. Sleeps 37 people in the beds.
• Arrive as early as 8 a.m. Friday and depart 2 p.m. Sunday.
• Host as many events you want during the weekend such as pool party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, brunch, etc.
• We provide a luxury comfort station (restroom trailer) for your event.
• Bring in your own vendors including catering and alcohol. Only exception is rentals. All rentals are to be ordered through Eastern Shore Tents and Events.
• Amplified sound ends 10 p.m. for River Lodge and 11 p.m. for Brittland Manor.

• Arrive as early as 8 a.m. Friday and depart 2 p.m. Sunday.
• Host as many events you want during the weekend such as rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, brunch, etc.
• Events must end by 10 p.m.
• Bring in your own vendors including catering and alcohol.

The River Lodge is a waterfront cottage that perfectly compliments the 530 acre
Brittland Manor estate. You can find a breathtaking view of the Chester River
from the spacious living room that has old wide plank hardwood flooring
through out. The twin beds can be converted to three king beds if requested to
host couples rather individuals.
The River Lodge offers a rustic riverside setting for a ceremony and/or a
rehearsal dinner.
