Oh hey there, hey! Jack and Jude here; we’re a wily pair of sibling photographers with a love for anything smothered in Nutella and a penchant for quoting James Van Der Beek movies—don’t get us started, please... please?

Anyway,Anyway, let me tell you a little about us: As you may have guessed, we’re photographers and the sole owners of Hollyglow Studios LLC, which we founded back in 2013. Our specialty is weddings and engagements and we’re the best at our craft. This year WeddingWire honored usus with their coveted Couple’s Choice Award for 2019. Why are we good??? Because we love everything about our job; we love meeting our clients and talking about the most memorable day of their lives and we love making that day (that love) immortal through your photos.

Before I get into the details regarding my wedding photography services, I rst want to ll you in on my engagement sessions! Some of my wedding packages actually include an e-session, so it's important that I tell you all about them.

The question I receive most about my The question I receive most about my engagement session is, "What are engagement photographs for? Everyone already knows we're getting married!"

That's an excellent question and I have an excellent answer.

In addition to giving you the In addition to giving you the opportunity for a steamy, lovey-dovey hour or two with your soon-to-be-spouse, engagement sessions actually serve a utilitarian purpose. Many people use their engagement sessions for their "Save the dates," wedding planning website, the dates," wedding planning website, invitations, or even as an announcement to the world that they're tying the knot. A lot of couples even use photographs from their engagement session for wedding thank you cards.

Not to mention, e-session photos give you a chance to show off that gorgeous ring a little bit more (it can be very hard to capture it with a snap and shoot camera). I'd wager a guess that you have loads of people asking you for pictures of your bling!


As for how the e-session goes down, it's all pretty straightforward. You and I work together to create a customized session. For example, we can shoot at the place you two had your rst date, head to your favorite park or go somewhere that makes you just bubble with love from the inside out. bubble with love from the inside out.

Regarding what you wear, I always say to wear what you feel comfortable in. As we customize your session, including the location and props, I'll provide you with tips and advice on how to dress for the day of your session. And, of course, you can always bring a few different outts and bring a few different outts and options for the shoot.

As I mentioned above, some of my wedding packages come with an engagement session. If you want to just have me do your e-session photos, though—or if you want to tack it on to a different wedding photo package—I charge $350 for the session. That includes two hours of time, unlimited includes two hours of time, unlimited outt changes and a $75 credit for gift prints!

OK, so I know that as a professional photographer who's been doing this for what seems like a bazillion years, I should totally just tell you to book your wedding with Hollyglow Studios and be done with it. For me, though, booking a wedding photographer is a really, really important

decision that you shouldn't take lightly.

FirstFirst and foremost, I believe that you should book a wedding photographer who captures the types of images you love. In addition, I believe that the wedding photographer you choose should be someone whose company you enjoy. After all, you're going to spend a lot of time

with that person on your big day! They're basically going to be your shadow!

IfIf you love the images you see on hollyglow.com and in this packet, that's just one reason why you should book with Hollyglow Studios. Another reason? We do all our post production in house—that’s right; everything we do to make your pictures magazine worthy, including color-correction, lighting-adjustment, blemish and wrinkle-control is NOT exported overseas for the purposes of exploiting cheap labor—yeah, that’s a thing and we think it’s lame.

The coverage you get from

Hollyglow Studios on your wedding

day depends on the package you

choose. Every package, though,

includes coverage of your actual

wedding day (ceremony and

reception) with us, Jack & Jude, as

your photographers. your photographers.

From there, you can upgrade to

additional coverage. You can also

upgrade to additional hours of

coverage. For example, some brides

love to have a photographer there

while they're getting their makeup

and hair done.

you select, the photos from your

wedding day will be beautiful. I take

both journalistic/lifestyle images

and also posed shots. From the

moment you secure your date with

me, we'll work together to make

suresure every single image you want is

captured on your big day.

WEDDING DAYCOVERAGE


Trust me. I'm here to help pose you so that you look your absolute best in every single photo. I'll make sure you're in the best light, posed the best way and against the best backgrounds for all your pictures.

Don't be afraid to laugh or show emotion. This is your wedding day! Emotion is good! Let it spill out of you like the ooey gooey Nutella does in my fabulous

cookies!

Be mindful of your posture. When I'm posing you for your formals, I have no problem reminding people to stand up straight. However, I can't exactly interrupt the ceremony should I notice slouching!

Relax. I know it's easier said than done, but when you're relaxed and happy, that makes for some gorgeous photographs!

Choose all the appropriate undergarments for your big day. From your crinoline slip to your bustier to shape wear, what you're wearing underneath your gorgeous dress matters. Those items play a major supporting role -- literally!

Do a trial run of your makeup and hair. Both of you! If you can, photograph yourselves with trial hair and makeup to see how it shows up on camera. Then, make any appropriate adjustments.
