All event parking will be complimentary. Overnight self parking per car, per day will be charged $11.00.

All food and beverage prices are subject to 7% Massachusetts State Sales Tax.
SERVICE FEE
15% service charge, which will be distributed in its entirety to wait staff and bartenders engaged in the event.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
10% of the food and beverage total will be added to your account as an administrative fee. The fee or any portion thereof does not represent a
tip, gratuity or service charge for the wait staff, bartenders or other service employees engaged in the event.
EVENT TECHNOLOGY FEE
All audio visual equipment is subject to a 20% set up fee, 10% taxable administrative fee and 6.25% tax. **No fee other than the service
charge is a tip, gratuity or service charge for any employee. Fees that are not a tip, gratuity or service charge include, bu t are not limited
to, any administrative fee, set up fee, staffing fee, delivery fee, or fees for bar or culinary stations. These fees are reta ined by the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the hotel is advised that a definite booking is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged. The following policy is in effect in the absence of
a cancellation clause in the catering sales contract.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL
All food and beverage will be provided by the hotel and will be consumed within the time frame of the event. All food served must be
prepared by our culinary staff unless prior approval has been granted. All food provided by the hotel may not be taken from t he premise.
USE OF OUTSIDE VENDORS
If you are going to contract outside vendors to provide any goods or services at the hotel during the event, the hotel requires that vendor
provides an indemnification agreement and certificate of liability insurance.
SECURITY/POLICE DETAIL
Routine security services are provided by the hotel. However, the city of Quincy requires a police detail for functions that includes
alcoholic beverages and dancing. These charges will be added to the master bill. Charges are $55.00 per hour with a four hour minimum
per officer. One officer is required for every 300 guests.
SIGNS/DISPLAYS/DECORATIONS
All signs, displays or decorations proposed by the client are subject to the hotel’s approval. All decorations must bee approval of the
Quincy Fire Department. Flammable substance or exposed flame are not permitted in the building or anywhere on the hotel’s pre mises.
The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceiling with nails, staples, adhesives or any othe r substance without
prior hotel approval.
COAT CHECK
There is an option to purchase a coat check for $125.00 flat rate with individuals to pay to check their coats or you may hav e a hosted
coat check. The hosted coat check varies depending on the numbers of guests attending the event. Please speak with your event
manager for more details.
