Hello Rewards Event Sign Ups Program Summary:
An Event Sign Up portal has been created which will allow event attendees to sign up for Hello Rewards on iPads at each event. The Event Sign Up Portal requires limited information from the attendee to ensure the process is quick and easy.
Objective:
The objective of the Event Sign Up Program is to acquire new members and engage attendees at events with the Hello Rewards program.
Procedure:
1. If you are going to be at an event where you will be offering Hello Rewards Event Sign Ups, contact Brigette Pence and Allegra Medina 2 weeks prior to the event. Please provide the following information:
a. Event Name b. Event Date(s)
2. You will be sent a unique URL to use at least 3 days prior to
your event. You must request a new URL for each event so we can properly track sign ups at individual events.
3. Open your unique URL in the browser of your event iPad.
4. Instruct attendees to fill in all required fields which are marked with a red asterisk. They must check that they agree to the program terms and conditions before they can complete their sign up.

5. Once a sign up is successful, the below success message will be displayed, and the page will refresh.
6. The guest will receive a welcome email with their sign in information, including a password.
