- At the end of the email – state how busy you know they are and another principal mentioned that you contact the counselors with future emails. THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT – PRINCIPALS DO NOT ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE EMAILS AND COUNSELORS ALWAYS SAY YES TO EVERYTHING!!!! You also want to ask when a good time is to deliver the school supplies that you want to donate.

(Couple of weeks into school)-Send another email to principals and counselors mentioning the scholarship program (have they picked a student), A/B Honor roll and school talks- Now we have given them - Free breakfast, Free Supplies, Free Scholarship and have never asked for anything in return.
