Revisiting the entire structure to better the impact and efficiency of the weekend
1. Establishing an emergency evacuation plan -folder for quick access to participant information, routes to hospitals and police station, and roster of drivers.
2. Upskilling facilitation skills among IW staff - facilitation workshops conducted by professionally experienced facilitators and to invite more experienced members of Raleigh KL to assist coordinators in leading groups.
3. Improvement on IW games equipment - building new games equipment with lighter materials to increase mobility.
4. Planning procedures - clearer guidelines on roles and responsibilities within IW core team; working checklists and timelines.

Taking place at Bentong, Pahang
14th – 16th November 2013
To build three volunteer quarters for Mr. Koh who are inspired to help the Orang Asal (aborigines) kids, who are living under privilege
The project sets to reach 75% completion by November 2014
~involving 101 volunteer staff from OCBC.
