    The industrial training, from the practical study point of view, is very important

    for B.B.A. student, as it bridges the gap between the theoretical and the practical aspect.

    Hence every student has to take industrial training in services sector as per the university

    rule.

    The main object of practical training at S.Y.B.B.A. level is to gain the practical

    and ability to perform specified job in industrial environment in systematic and modern

    way.

    2. HISTORY

    The main promoters of YASH HOSPITAL are Dr. Dinesh Chauhan &

    Miss. Jagruti Chauhan. Vidhyanagar road & Mangala road area hospitals were available

    but lack of some facilities and medical services people were need to go out to other state

    or long distance. So Dr. Dinesh Chauhan & Miss. Jagruti Chauhan thinking for this

    hospital where all type of facilities or services are available.

    Dinesh Chauhan & Miss. Jagruti Chauhan established this hospital on 29 July

    2007. as a medium scale unit. YASH HOSPITAL is multispecialist hospital so many

    types of medical services are available. YASH HOSPITAL developed very well and get

    good name in providing better health related services.

    YASH HOSPITAL was established by Dinesh Chauhan & Miss. Jagruti Chauhan.

    It is established as partnership firm. YASH HOSPITAL is a medium scale unit. It is

    situated Vidhyanagar road in Rajkot. It is located with axpro. 4000 esq. is of land.

    At present the investment of YASH HOSPITAL in equipments, land and building

    is about more then 5,00,00,000 being a medium scale unit.

    In the YASH HOSPITAL there are about 43 workers and mainly the unit is

    working on electricity and generator.

    YASH HOSPITAL is multispecialist hospital. The main aim of Yash Hospital is

    to provide all kind of medical services. YASH HOSPITAL has some other objective and

    Time waits for none Time keeping system is very essential for the regulation of

    employee & for maintenance the productivity of the unit. There are many factors, which

    affects the time keeping like better services, customer satisfaction etc.
