Management means – It is a creation of an internal environment where

Social process – The entire management process is regarded as a social process because success of all Organisational depends upon the co-operation of theWorkers.Continious process – Management functions are continious or never ending in nature because if one function is completed then automatically next will be started.Universal – Management functions are universal in nature because these functions are required in every Organisation, without management functions no organisation can survive.
