Photo Cropping: Allows you to crop, resize, and perfectly position your images

This tool will be available for all tasks that involve a photo upload, e.g. Expense Receipts

One, Unified User Interface (UI): One User Interface across all platforms – mobile, tablet, and desktop

Responsive Error Widget: Improved look and feel of the error widget to provide better context around errors

Clicking on the error "pill" in the top right-hand corner will now direct you to the field(s) where the error has occurred. You can also click through the tooltip to

navigate between errors

Grid Personalization: Allows users to personalize grids within Workday by eliminating the need to scroll horizontally, allows users to show or hide columns

This feature will be available on all grids and all columns will be visible in a grid by default. For required columns, users will not be able to hide them.

When users decide to hide columns, those changes will be saved and persisted so that when they return to the grid, they will see the changes

Printable Benefit Statements: Users now have the ability to view or print a PDF of their Benefit Statements for each successfully completed benefit event

Customer Branding: Coming Soon! With Workday 26, IRSC will upload the IRSC Logo, IRSC Banner and Announcements to the Workday home page

The logo originally at the top center of the page, is replaced with the IRSC logo

The Home icon originally at the upper left corner is replaced with the Workday icon

To go to the home page click either the IRSC logo or the Workday icon

In Workday 26, four Worklet icons per row will be displayed, the background color of each Worklet icon will match the IRSC branding color scheme

Product Tours: Coming Soon! Product Tours are contextual, translatable, tenanted, and informative text to guide users through a task

Only available on select tasks in Workday 26 – Get Feedback, Termination, Request Time Off and Request Leave of Absence

Tasks enabled with the Product Tours will show a “?” icon at the top right of the banner
