Frank says they are so good thatthe Stone Chase staff calls them“super meatballs.” After one taste, myfamily agreed that they were definitelysuper.

On our previous visit my familyand I also tried their delectable pep-pers stuffed with Italian seasoned beefand Italian sausage covered in a lightherb sauce with slices of polenta andpecorino romano. All of the flavorsblended together deliciously and afterjust one bite, we agreed that it wasbetter than anything we could makeat home. The Fra Diavolo is anotherwonderful choice, with tasty jumboshrimp, a deliciously flavorful basiltomato sauce, and light fluffy gnoc-chi.

Frank loves his customers and isvery open to their suggestions, andhis servers are always willing to takespecial requests to customize ordersto your individual preferences. This isevident in every bite you take. Wedefinitely noticed it with the garlicknots, which are made using an oliveoil and garlic recipe. I am a huge fanof bread of any kind, but Stone

Chase’s garlic knots stand out as thebest I’ve ever had. They were lightand fluffy and had just the rightamount of garlic to give them a greatgarlicky taste that was not overpower-ing. Stone Chase makes the dough forthe garlic knots fresh each day, justlike they do for their pizza napolitanaand flatbread.

Using prestigious Caputo flour, the pizza napolitana’s are a huge hit,and their homemade sauce is madewith San Marzano tomatoes. Their
