Electoral Law which has been approved by House of Representatives in 21 July remained ambivalence on direction of arrangement on governance system and party system. On one side, the decision of 20 - 25% presidential threshold tries to strengthen the presidential system. On the other side, threshold of 4% vote acquisition of political party encourage multiparty system.
