Before the Presentation

-Thank everyone for coming

Presentation (25-30 minutes)

-As you tell your story (briefly) have someone pass out Travel Survey/Brochure to guests

The Close (3-5 minutes)

-Should be quick

-Don’t try to repeat the same information someone has already shared
