Welcome to our March sales programme, inwhat promises to be another very busy monthacross the SMA Vehicle Remarketingnetwork, especially with the exciting newsthat our all new Auction Centre in Birminghamis on schedule to open this Spring.
Our Birmingham Centre has been built to fulfil the needs ofboth vendors and buyers across the East and WestMidlands. Just 10 minutes from M6 J10, the substantial newsite offers all the faculties that our customers told us theywere looking for in a 21st century auction centre.
Plenty of secure parking and storage, technical services forany remedial work, spacious and warm auction halls, spaceto relax in, customer lounges and a new restaurant withmeeting facilities and Wi-Fi throughout represent just someof the key features. If you are new to SMA through our newauction centre, you are very welcome, and as with all of ourcustomers, thank you for you support!
When I said we react to customer feedback we really do.Many of you may have received our ‘Voice of the Customer’feedback form. Please do take a few minutes to fill this outand send it back, or hand it to any of our centre managers. Ifyou have not received a form and would like to give usfeedback, again just ask on site and take the opportunity totell us how we are doing and what more we can do. At SMA,our goal is very simple; to create your ideal auctionenvironment and your feedback helps us to achieve this.
