3. The terms and conditions of appointment are as underi-

(a) The post is combat sed and purely temporan/ but like y to continue. On appo ntmentto the said posl, you wll be on probation for a perod of hvo years. On successfucompletion of the period of probation, you wil be consdered for confinnation. yoursery ces are liable to be terminated at any time by the appo nt nq authority withoutassigntng any reasons, on one month,s notice during lhe initial period oF 02 years inaccordance wth the Central Civi Services (Temporary Servce) Rules 1965.

(b) The appointment carries w th it the liabllty to serve anywheie n Ind a or outside ofIndia.

(c) On jonnq this organization you will be governed under CRPF Act 1949 read wthCRPF Rules 1955 and other recru tment rules notfe.l / amended Frorn time to t me.This jo n ng wil be regulated from the date ol your jonng CRPF. you havetofolowrues, orders and other tnstructions related to serv ce conditions issued by thedepadment from time to t me.

(d) You wll be requ red to undergo basic train ng at any of the Train nq Insttutions otCRPF. If you are not ab e to undergo/complete the ira n ng successfui y, your serv ces iable to be terminated.

(e) If you lntend to resign from service before completion oF 10 years ol regular serviceyou shall be reqLrired to refund to the Governrnent the tota cost of training impartedto you in the Force or a sum equa to three months,pay and a lowances receved bvyou prior to the date of yolr res gnat on, whichever s higher.(f) On loining the post ofFered you must meet to the el g b lty condltions and be su tab efor the post in all respects under provision of the relevant recr! t.nent rules.

(h) on appointment to the said post yoLl will have to undergo basic training of specificperiod. lnscase you sustain any injury during the period of basic training and you are

declared as permanently incapacitated for service in CRPF, your service will be liable

to be terminated at any time without notice. It will be dealt according to CCS

(Temporary) Service Rules.(i) Authenticity of the Educational/DoB/Caste Certificates, produced by you shall be

verified from the concemed issuing authorify. In case of any discrepancy found ormalpractice noticed at any stage, your services shall be liable to be terminated. You

shall also be liable for action againstyou as per law.

0) Yourjoining initially for the post of sI/GD is subiect to fulfilling alleligibility conditionsincluding medical fitness.

(k) You will be entitled to pay and allowances/pension benefits under NCPS (New

Contributory Pension Scheme) implemenGd vide GOI, Ministry of Finance, Olvl No.

F.1(7)(2)l2OO3lTAl11 dalad 0710U2004. As of now you have to contribute an

amount equal to minimum of 100/0 of your Basic Pay and DA per month towards thisscheme.

(l) You will not be entided for reimbursement of any expenditure for the iourney fromyour home town to the plare ofjoining,

(m) In case you do not report by the s$pulated date mentioned at Para -4 below, theoffer of appointment made to you will be deemed to have lapsed automatically and

no correspondence whatsoever on the subject will be entertained.(n) In case of OBC personnel the appointment is provisional and is subject to the

community certificate being verified through the appropriate authority. If verificationreveals that the claim of the candidate belonging to OBC or not belonging to theCreamy layer is false, the services shall be terminated forlhwith without assigning any

reason and without preiudice to such further action as may be kken under theprovlsions of Indian Penal Code for production of false OBC Certificate. Only valid

OBC Certificate is required,(o) Debiled particulars of next of kin with proof of age/date of birth for fllling various

nomination forms/documents are required.

should report for duty to The DIGP, Group Centre. CRPF, Pallipuram, Thiruvananthapuram(Kerala) on or before 01/03/2019 with original copies of the following documents:-

(i) l"latriculation Certificate mentioning Date of Birth therein.

1ii) originat Certificates relating to E;sential Qualifications (12th & Degree) as on date

prescribed in the Notice ofthe recruitment.(iii) Caste certificate for Central Government Service issued by the appropriate authority,

in case you belong to SC/ST/oBC Category (Creamy / Non creamy layer) withdomicile certificate,

(iv) No objection Certificate / Discharge Grtificate from previous employer, if any.(v) Pre-verification form enclosed with thls offer of appointment be filled up properly and
