HOW TO APPLY 3.1 The Prospectus common for MBBS & BDS along with respective separate application forms for MBBS & BDS can be obtained from any of the five member colleges on payment of Rs. 900/- (Rupees Nine hundred only) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Kerala Christian Professional College Managements Federation (KCPCMF) payable at Ernakulam. The filled in downloaded application along with copies of documents and by DD for Rs. 900/- (Rupees Nine hundred only) drawn in favour of KCPCMF payable at Ernakulam shall be submitted to any one of the member colleges. The Application shall be submitted as detailed below: a) Completed application should be submitted to any one of the Colleges and not to the Office of the Federation. This should be submitted before 3 p.m. on 6th June 2011. i) Application can be submitted using the form available alongwith the prospectus, or down loaded from the website. OR ii) The application can be submitted online on the website of the Federation www.kcpcmf.in A print out of the online application with copies of required documents affixing the photograph and signature shall be submitted along with a DD for Rs. 900/- (Rupees Nine hundred only) drawn in favour of KCPCMF payable at Ernakulam to any one of the member colleges. b) Please indicate your order of preference of the college for admission in the specific format provided in the application form. Separate Application has to be submitted for MBBS & BDS.

The marks obtained by the students in the relevant subjects in the qualifying examination conducted by various boards or authority shall be equated with the marks obtained by the students in the same subjects in the qualifying examination conducted by the Director of HSE, Kerala, by adopting the method of normalization. Explanation:- Under the method of normalisation, the highest mark obtained by the students of various Boards in each subject shall be equated to the highest mark obtained by the students of the Kerala Higher Secondary Examination in that subject and the relative marks obtained by other students in that subject shall be determined accordingly. Illustration: If the highest mark secured by the student of the Kerala state HSE, in Physics is 100 and the highest mark secured by a student of any other Board in the same subject is 90, both the highest marks will be considered to be equal to 100. If a student of the other board secures 60 marks in Physics when the highest mark in Physics in the same board is 90, the 60 marks will be considered to be equal to 66.66 marks as arrived at below: 100 X 60/ 90 = 66.66% Those candidates, who have appeared for the qualifying exam of any state other than Kerala, will be treated at par with those students who have passed the Higher Secondary Exam of this state. 4.2 Percentage of seats set apart under various heads Details of seat allocation under various categories are mentioned in the respective pages allotted to each college in the Annexure II & Annexure III series of this prospectus. 4.3 Furnishing of false information/particulars would result in the forfeiture of the candidature as well as cancellation of admission to the course if admitted and in addition, will attract the relevant provisions of criminal law of the land. 4.4 Data Verification: The details of all applications received including marks etc. will be published on the website of the federation immediately after the last date of application. Candidates are directed to verify the details and notify entry mistakes, if any, within the stipulated date (see X on page 7). All genuine mistakes will be corrected. No further request for changes will be entertained. 4.5 Thereafter merit list for the different categories will be published in the website of the Federation: www.kcpcmf.in and notice boards of the respective colleges. Selection will strictly be in the order of merit on the basis of preferential options exercised by the candidates. Allotment will be through a single window system monitored by the Federation. Selected candidates will not be intimated by post, but they are advised to refer to the web site of the Federation / individual college notice boards and appear for the interview and final selection without fail. 4.6 Allotment to MBBS & BDS courses will be separate and independent. 4.7 There will not be any reservation for OBC candidates. But since they are eligible for relaxation of marks in CET for the purpose of eligibility, they should produce their community certificate to claim the said relaxation. Latin Catholic/Dalit Christian candidates during admission under the quota reserved to them shall additionally produce the certificate from the Parish priest to prove their eligibility. The religion of the father shall be considered for the purpose. V. SCHOLARSHIPS 1. Fee concession will be given to candidates below poverty line. Number of such concessions will be limited to 10% of the seats in each college. Such candidates should be eligible for admission, in the order of their rank, in the common or community merit list. There will be no separate reservation for such categories. The individual management reserves the right to deny the claims for such concessions, if found not genuine.

PUSHPAGIRI A GLIMPSE INTO HISTORY Pushpagiri Hospital was started as a small clinic in 1959 by Zacharias Mar Athanasios, the then Bishop of Malankara Catholic Diocese of Tiruvalla. Today it is a super specialty hospital with all major departments with 1300 beds. PUSHPAGIRI COLLEGE OF DENTAL SCIENCES Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences was established in the year 2006. The College is located in Pushpagiri Medicity, the second campus of Pushpagiri Medical Society at Perumthuruthy just 3 kilometers from the parent campus of Pushpagiri. Pushpagiri Medicity is in between Tiruvalla and Changanacherry beside the Main Central Road (MC Road). MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION The College is managed by the Pushpagiri Medical Society. Fr.
