Eerst geloofden we dat meer transparantie en betere productinformatie consumenten zou beschermen tegen

misbruik door financiele instellingen. We realiseren ons nu dat transparantie niet genoeg is. De consument handelt

niet rationeel. Mensen lezen de verplichte financiele bijsluiter niet; die vinden ze te gecompliceerd.

Dat betekent dat informatie alleen niet genoeg is. We moeten de financiele producten zelf aanpassen.
