DESCRIPTION
Rotary Family Health Days, now in its fourth year, and organized by Rotarians for Family Health and AIDS Prevention (RFHA), is a program, initially developed to address the critical issue of HIV/AIDS in Africa, but including a wide range of other free health care services. This year, we will include polio and measles immunizations, dental and eye clinics, family counseling and screening for HIV, diabetes and hypertension, breast cancer, and cervical cancer. The RFHD will take place over three days at over 160 sites across South Africa on 2 to 4 April 2014.TRANSCRIPT

• Driven by RFHA and Rotary Clubs in South Africa at 160 sites in all 9provinces in conjunction with partners
• Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, Lesotho, Swaziland, South Africa
• Pan African with planned expansion into India, Sri Lanka and SouthAmerica

BUILDING ON FROM THE 2013 HEALTH DAYS:

• 160 sites in 9 Provinces across South Africa
• 68 000 disadvantaged clients through sites
• 250 000 health interventions
• 225 Rotary clubs with 5 000 Rotarians and volunteers
