Usability and Design

This is a web based application for patients which can be

accessed anywhere and can integrate with Allscripts AEHR.

A healthcare provider can monitor his/her patient’s progress

and can also send them alerts when results fall above or

below the established threshold.

It will also educate the patient based on daily meal and

exercise data & correlations.
