• PETRONAS Registration of Supplier (ROS) Portal underwent changes in twokey areas
System User Interface (UI)
The portal has a new and improved user interface. Screens have refreshedlook and feel, with enriched navigation guides and explanatory content toimprove user experience.
System Enhancements
The ROS system has been enhanced with new functionalities to improvethe efficiency of submitting applications.

• There is browser pre-requisite for the new ROS portal.
• To use the new ROS portal, computer or notebook need to be on browser
• Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or
• Mozilla Firefox 42.0
• Required browser versions can be downloaded from following sites:

• This is a new process change.• Further Finding to Vendor is triggered when PETRONAS LRS team requires additional
information or documents from the vendor.
• Vendor will receive email notification stating that application requires furtherclarification.
• The application will be reverted back to “Draft” status & appear in the vendor’sApplication Summary. Vendors are then required to furnish the relevant informationor documents & resubmit the application.
• After 14 days, if no feedback was given from vendor regarding this Further Finding,the application will be automatically rejected and reflected as “Application Rejected” inApplication Summary.

• Vendor will need to login to SUS or ROS (for New application) portal and check application summary for application reverted to draft.

• Proceed to update the information and submit the application again.

• For Update Company Profile application, a new checklist screen is introduced to allow the vendor to indicate changes to which screen & enter remarks on what was changed.
• Application breadcrumb will appear depending on what data has been selected.
