11883 Telecom GmbH With the main focus on directory enquiries, the 11883 Telecom GmbH was founded in 1999 as a call center provider of the MegaSat GmbH. Since 2006 the call center has been operated completely on open source software: All operator places are Linux driven, the complete infrastructure of the call center is based on a combination of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, MySQL and Asterisk. More than 12 million calls have been operated with this solution since 2006, handling more than 14 million minutes with 150 operators.
010012 Telecom GmbH Founded in 1998 the 010012 Telecom is the landline provider of our Group. Offering various options for customers to use our own telecom infrastructure, the customers have various choices to route their outgoing calls.
Since 2009 010012 Telecom has provided its customers with the opportunity to not only make call-by-call savings through various dial-in numbers but also via Webphone, using a standard internet browser with an installed flash player for worldwide calls.
