generationofprofessionalsspecializedondata.Themotivationisthenewsocialandindustrialrevolutionwearewitnessing,drivenbydigital

dataandcomputing.

Software Dependability and Cyber Security (SDCS)

Thecurriculumaimsattrainingspecialistsinsoftwareengineeringwithadvancedskillsinsoftwarecorrectnessverification,indesignofsecureandprivacyawaresystems,andtheirperformanceevaluation.

> The Final Project TheFinalProjectistheculminationoftheprogram.

Thestudentswillworkintensivelyonatopicofher/hischoice,whileinteractingonregularmeetingswiththeprojectsupervisor.

Theprojectcanconsistinthedevelopmentofinnovativesoftware,ortheinvestigationandanalysisofexistingdesignsandsolutions;thetopiccanbefromanyareaofcomputerscienceorstatistics.Theprojectwillgetthestudentintouchwiththemostrecentandnovelresearchinthefield.InseveralcasestheseprojectsleadtoaPhDcareer.

Evaluation procedure for international students www.unive.it/evaluation

Studentsholdinganinternationalqualificationcanaskforanevaluationoftheirqualificationandschoolcareerbeforestartingtheofficialenrolmentprocedure.

FortheSeptemberintakeofeachacademicyear,theon-lineevaluationprocedureisavailablefromJanuary/FebruarytoMay(fornon-EUstudentsresidingabroad),andtoAugustfortheotherinternationalstudents.

Thisevaluationprocedureisparticularlyimportantfornon-EUcitizensresidingabroad,whohavetoapplyasearlyaspossible.Thesestudents,oncereceivedtheacceptanceletter,havetosubmitafurtherpre-enrollmentapplicationtoanItalianDiplomaticDelegationinordertotransmitusalltheoriginaldocuments,andtostartassoonaspossibletheprocesstoobtainanItalianStudentVisa.
