Difficult, but Supporting Good-Bye! It is with support (and sadness!) that we announce that

Brad Cober has left his role as JFM Beef Sales Consultant with Jones Feed Mills to return home to

farm full-time. Brad’s career with Jones spread over

two decades and included various roles including sales,

customer service, dispatch and millwork. Brad’s broad

knowledge and willingness to help, coupled with his

pleasant personality, will be greatly missed by all

customers and staff. Please join all of us at Jones Feed

Mills in congratulating Brad and to wish him and his

wife, Val, all the best with their farm and in their

future endeavours. THANK-YOU BRAD!

Jones adds position of Calf Specialist to Support Dairy Producers

Jones Feed Mills is excited to announce it is

adding the position of Calf Specialist to support our dairy customers. Tom Mosterd, who many will know from the JFM Dispatch

Team, has accepted the new role of Market Support Specialist and will focus his time on working with dairy producers on optimizing the

health, growth and development of their calves.

Tom was raised on his family’s poultry farm

near Topping (now Shakespeare) and attended

Lake Head University in Thunder Bay. Tom

has spent much time learning the Jones Whole

Start Calf Program and is now out on farms

offering advice and calf performance measurement services. Tom is a great

guy who takes his work seriously. When not working with calves or customers,

Tom enjoys playing guitar and working with his church youth group.

Hundreds Join in the Celebration of New Facility at Torrie’s Torrie Farms (Chatsworth), owned by brothers Jeff,

Brad and Mark and mother, Shirley, are organic

milk producers who recently hosted an Open

House to celebrate their new barn and robotic

milking system. JFM is proud to be working with the Torrie family and wish to congratulate them on

their new facility!
