CREATIVE WRITING

Time is precious

Time is precious, time is gold, time and tide wait for none are some proverbs which

emphasize the importance of time. Opportunity knocks the door only once. We must only

make use of it properly without missing the chance and wasting our time. Once we start

postponing our chores, we will finally find that it is very difficult to finish all tasks in one

day.

There is no use in thinking of the time we lost because we can never get it back again. Its

truly said that, "Don’t count every hour in the day, make every hour in the day count.” we

got to be very punctual and studies in our lives about time. A student needs to know the

value of time so that he can study well and get good grades. A professional must know the

value of time so that he or she can be successful in life. A successful man only knows the

value of time because he has come up with proper use of time joint with hard work. So, time

should not be procrastinated instead every single second should be used carefully. Then only

a person will touch the sky of success.

My favorite game

Games are as essential as studies for the proper development of a boy or a girl . One

develops the body and the other mind .

This is why there is arrangement for different kinds of games in every school some of these

are cricket , hockey , Football , Volleyball , tennis and badminton every student has his own

liking , some like cricket while many consider volleyball to be the best . Of all the games I

like football most.

The game of football is very interesting . It is played between two parties. There are eleven

players in each parties , one goalkeeper , two full backs, three half backs and five forwards.

There is also a Referee to supervise the game. The game is played in a big failed , the game

has some fixed rules the players have to obey them.

This game brings about a sense of unity and cooperation among the players , discipline is

another good point about this game which makes me love it .

It teaches the players the value and importance of discipline, the players have to follow some

rules in the field, they have to abide by the decisions of the referee, the referee may be wrong

in his decision but the players have to accept his decision . They have to obey the captain .

All this prove very useful in making them ideal citizens .Again although the football is a

foreign game, it is admirably suited to the Indian conditions. It can be played for six months

in the year, still another point in favour of the game is that it is not very expensive. I love this

game also because it interferes least with studies , the game is played in the afternoon and

that also for an hour, or so above all football offers a good scope for winning name and fame

a good footballer is the idol of the crowd.

These are some of the reasons for my liking this game football is one of the most refreshing

game. I am extremely fond of this game
