Login Activity

USING THIS FEATURE FROM THE STATE ADMIN PAGE, SEAS CAN MONITOR WHICH STAKEHOLDERS ARE LOGGING INTO THE SCHOOL’S AND DISTRICT’S INDISTAR PAGES.

Select “Login Activity” from the dashboard

“District/Coach” identifies the name of the district or the coach who has logged in.

Note: all entries are in alphabetical order

(example)

“Login Access” identifies the access level of the person who has logged in.

“School” identifies the name of the school that logged in.

Timeframe…

All stakeholders who have logged in can be viewed or specific district or school level stakeholders can be selected.

Note: frequency will not be reported

Access level…

Which of your stakeholders is logging in? Are all your coaches logging in regularly? Are all schools and districts logging in? Is a particular school or district logging in? Who has logged in during the past week, month, etc.?
