ID10 and NH101. 4. Click REPORT5. EXPORT report to your own computer, either PDF or

WORD.6. Send to your local grants manager.

Will visit with your school leadership team every 6-8 weeks. Will check-in with your team lead every 3 weeks. Will work with your team to ensure your plan is connected to your data,

meets the requirements laid out in the waiver and is approved so funding can be released.

Will be your first point of contact regarding concerns. Will ensure communication flows between your schools and the DOE so

that we understand the status of, and the supports needed, for successful implementation
