Just wanted to share a little thought that’s been driving me crazy from sometime... Few days back, I was sitting alone & wondering that how can I change my life & how do genius

people do things that make them exceptional & extraordinary.

It took some time for me to find the answer but at the end of the day, I got the solution; it was a very simple philosophy - "Not doing different things but doing things differently.” It makes us stand apart from others.

We should understand the fact that no idea in this world is good or bad. Every idea is a great idea for any kind of situation. If something different is running on your mind, share it with others. Don’t be afraid of what others might think of it. Just go ahead with your idea & you will see a change around you.

• Seeing things differently & seeing different things• Generating multiple options for any of the solution• Breaking the rules/norms

If you find yourself caught in a tricky situation, you need not to limit yourself to one solution. Try to find various options & look forward to the best 50 alternatives. That’s how you can start thinking creatively. Don’t ever stop your imagination only to 3 or 4 alternatives.

Some people have the notion that only a few lucky geniuses can unlock their creative thinking skills. The fact of the matter is that creativity is something like organs we’re all born with, but it may be wasted and weakened if not used regularly.

We all need to make creativity a part of our daily schedule. Start out with a disciplined approach by making creative thinking a component of your everyday life. Take photographs, do sketching, or write creatively for half an hour on anything that pleases you every day. In a short span of time, you’ll see your creativity honing. When it becomes a habit, you won’t have to plan it deliberately.

Go somewhere you’ve never been to, the travel can be physical or intellectual. Open a new book, drive down a road you’ve never traveled, or strike up a conversation with a total stranger.Creativity totally depends on how we perceive things in different situations. To our surprise, even a blind person can be more creative than a normal person.

Hey guys - do you feel afraid or get puzzled at the time of answering some of the tricky questions at the interview? Take a deep breath & just Relax! We have brought you the answers of some of the tricky & complex questions, which you can handle very easily at the time of interview.

Just have a look at them, practice accordingly & crack the interview that you gonna be facing next time…

Some of the examples are mentioned below:

Q1. What are your strengths?

Q2. What are your weaknesses?

Q3. Where do you see yourself in five years?

This is a popular interview question. The interviewer wants to know what you think of yourself. Although this is a general question, there is a wrong and right answer. The wrong answer is a generic answer saying you are organized and friendly. Although it will not harm your chances of making it through the interview, it will certainly not help you either. Answer this question based on the type of job you are applying for.

• "I believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail. This trait has helped me tremendously in this field of work."

• “I've always been a great team player. I'm good at keeping a team together and producing quality work in a team environment."

• "After having worked for a couple of years, I realized my strength is accomplishing a large amount of work within a short period of time. I get things done on time and my manager always used to appreciate it."

• "My strongest trait is quality customer service. I listen and pay close attention to my customer's needs and I make sure they are more than satisfied."

• "This might be bad, but in college I found that I postpone things a lot. I realized this problem, and I'm working on it by finishing my work ahead of schedule."

• "I feel my weakness is not being detail oriented enough. I'm a person that wants to accomplish as much as possible. I realized this dilutes the quality and I'm currently working on striking a balance between quantity and quality."

• "I feel my English ability is my weakest trait. I know this is only a temporary problem. I'm definitely studying hard to communicate more effectively."

• "The weakest trait I struggled with is not asking for help. I always try to solve my own problems instead of asking a co-worker, who might know the answer. This would save me more time and I would be more efficient. I'm working on knowing when it would be beneficial to ask for help."

• "In five years, I see myself as a valued employee of a company. I want to be an expert at my position and start training to be a manager."

• "In five years, I want to be a senior analyst. I want my expertise to directly impact the company in a positive way."

• "My goal is to become a lead in five years. Although not everyone gets promoted to this level, I believe I can achieve this goal through hard work."

• "Although I really enjoy working hands on as an executive, I want to eventually become a manager. I want to continue gaining experience, and after learning many different aspects, I see myself in management."

Q4. What does success mean to you?

Q5. Do you work well under pressure?

.There are many things you can say. This type of question doesn't have a wrong answer. All answers will be correct. So, the best answer is how good you can make the answer. An average answer will be something like completing a project on time. You can say this, but add another twist to make the answer a little better. Here is an example:

• "To me, success means to have a goal, plan the steps to achieve the goal, implement the plan, and finally achieve the goal."

• "Success means to achieve a goal I have set for myself."

• "Success means to produce high quality work before the deadline."

• "Success to me is knowing that my contributions positively impacted my company."

In most cases, the best answer to this question is answering yes. Working well under pressure is a good trait to have. However, if you answer that you work the same with pressure and without pressure, the interviewer will be more impressed. However, you will need to explain in words why this is better. Here are some sample answers:

• "I work well under pressure because I use the pressure to help me work more efficiently."

• "I enjoy working under pressure because I believe it helps me grow. In my previous experience, I always worked well on projects with deadlines, and I always learned how to work more efficiently afterwards."

• "I work well under pressure because I don't panic. I maintain self control and work as efficiently as possible. In all my experiences, I did well and I always enjoyed the experience."

• "During times of pressure, I try to prioritize and plan as much as I can. Once I have organized everything, I just put my head down and work hard in a smart way. I don't let the pressure affect me. So, I believe I work well under pressure."
