Synpulse is looking for a driven and passionate candidate for the position of HR Executive As a HR Executive, you will have hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end HR, Administrative, and Marketing processes for the Hong Kong office. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business. Through all this, you will fine tune your research and analytical skills by creating and implementing strategies to make the function more efficient and productive. Responsibilities: Manage the various recruitment channels (e.g. universities, job portals, headhunters) to ensure a steady flow of quality candidates Organize university recruitment events that showcase our employer branding among potential candidates Manage the interview process to ensure that each candidate completes it with a good learning experience Ensure a timely and smooth on-boarding and off-boarding process for employees including work visa applications, MPF administration, filing, etc. Manage the appraisal process in a timely and professional manner Participate in discussions and assist in implementing strategic HR initiatives and policies Handle any other administrative matters e.g. drafting certification letters, addressing employee queries Assist with local marketing initiatives and events Develop and maintain a network of local vendors and suppliers (e.g. service providers, office supplies, corporate gifts, event logistics) Requirements: Degree holder with a focus in HR or any other related field Up to two years of HR work/internship experience is preferred; fresh graduates who are driven to pursue a HR career are welcome to apply Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese to facilitate communication with local vendors and suppliers Engaging presentation and communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit Available immediately!
