5.3 MSDS (Materials Substance Data sheet)
(1)Composition Data-MSDS
Selection “Mgt.” upload the MSDS file.
(2) The same as the letter of guarantee upload screen; click “New”

(5)Fill in Composition Details

(6)Enter the keywords(Ex: CAS No.)

Test information-ICP test report

(1) Confirm monitor whether the substance use

Back to the the MCD form that will click "Submit"
Click to trial will be delivered with the parts engineers review the information,
and you to wait for the results.
