I met Robert Trottier, one day while sellingads for the second edition of the Easyfinder.His posted hours were Sunday, but this beinga Tuesday I bravely drove up his drivewayand went toward the door. He came outsideand we had the most pleasant conversation onhis back deck while his two cats came to ins-

pect me, the trespasser. Robert has led quite the life and he willingly shared hiswealth of knowledge. (I made a new happy customer that day). Today, I'm lettingyou know about Robert's passion, Antiques.

It all began when Robert worked in Europe for the Canadian Embassy, hepassed his free time visiting Antique shows and began studying the markings onantique silver pieces. This interest grew and grew. So, when he retired fromGovernment, he bought a place in Alymer, Quebec and opened his storePresence Art & Antiquities. Robert served that area as an antique dealer and hisbusiness grew. He then moved to Hull and the store called Antiquities St-Joseph.Finnegan's Market in Hudson, Quebec was next on his list. “Problem is,”Robert said, “ we keep learning and collecting.” In 2006, Robert Trottier movedhis collection, both private and business to the Apple Hill area. He bought thisplace mainly for the big barn in which he houses his amazing antiques. Thehouse was in need of TLC and Robert has restored it beautifully.

Saturdays are for Antiques hunting and the Flea Market, which he stillattends, Sundays for his Apple Hill Antiques business and the rest of the weekrestoring both his home and his great finds. His Apple Hill Antiques specializesmainly in Furniture and Paintings.

Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you haveplenty of room at each side.

With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straightout from your sides and hold them there as long as you can.

Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.

Each day you’ll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

After a couple of weeks, move-up to 10-lb potato bags.Then try 50-lb potato bags and then eventually try to get where you

can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand and hold your harmsstraight for more than a full minute.

After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.

The total amount of oil in the engine, therefore, serves as a heat sink to helpcontrol heat.
