Site Fees are charged for all events. This covers staffing, setup, breakdown and admin related expenses to hosting your event. Our standard linen colors included in your site fee are black, white and ivory for your table cloths, and a variety of colors for your napkins. Please check to make sure your colors are available and included by requesting a swatch. All decorations must be "free standing" and may not be attached to any club furniture or fixtures with tape, tacks, nails, glue, etc. Confetti, rice and glitter are not allowed to be used or thrown on property. Credit cards are kept on file for incidentals. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. 50% of the total is due 60 day prior to your event. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to your event. All outside vendors must be licensed and insured and will be required to sign a club waiver releasing all liability.
