Work Instruction KK03 - THL - Display Statistical Key Figure

Purpose

Use this procedure to display a statistical key figures.

In U2K2,statistical key figures that are used as the basis of allocation in profit centre distribution:

• NPS – Turnover

• PC – Product Cost

• RM – Raw Material

• PM – Packaging Material

• CS – Concern Sales

All these 5 statistical key figures are maintained as Totals Value (of category 2).

Trigger

Perform this procedure when you need to Display Statistical Key Figure.

Menu Path

Use the following SAP Easy Access menu path(s) to begin this transaction:

Accounting > Controlling > Cost Center Accounting > Master Data > Statistical Key Figure > Individual Processing > KK03 - Display

Procedure

1. In SAP, start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

2. Double-click the Accounting node .

3. Double-click the Controlling node .

4. Double-click the Cost Center Accounting node .

6. Double-click the Statistical Key Figures node .

7. Double-click the Individual Processing node .

8. Click the scroll down button .

9. Double-click the KK03 - Display node .

You can also enter "KK03" in the command field "

" and click Enter " " to go directly to this transaction.

Set Controlling Area

As required, complete/review the following fields:

Controlling Area

R Organizational unit within a company, used to represent a closed system for cost accounting purposes. A controlling area may include single or multiple company codes that may use different currencies. These company codes must use the same operative chart of accounts.All internal allocations refer exclusively to objects in the same controlling area. Example: TH01
