change
Climate describes the average or typical conditions of temperature, relative humidity, cloudiness, precipitation, wind speed and direction, and other meteorological factors that prevail globally or regionally for extended periods.
Weather describes the hourly or daily conditions that people experience each day.
(National Aeronautics and Space Administration 1990).
Climate vs. Weather
A change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels (Oxford Dictionaries 2014).
