Thanksgiving moves our heart to look at God We give thanks for what we receive We praise for who God is

Praise brings true worship

Worship is an act not an emotion

To worship is to bow down To worship is to give one self to God as Jesus on the Cross To worship is to sacrifice and to surrender Our highest act of worship is in the Eucharist

We give ourselves to God through Jesus's sacrifice on the cross
