What to do:• Highlight advantages that competition
doesn’t have/do• Tweet different ideas, tips, tricks, or big
deals going on• Let people talk about their experiences
and things that helped them
Currently:• Last post was December 31st, 2010 that read “Lowes is the place to be” Really?• Post before that was January 27th, 2010• With over 500 million users, this is unacceptable
What to do next:• Needs to be new deals, products, and customer help all over this facebook• Needs to be an expert responding to questions, thoughts, concerns• Talk about their sponsor driver• Post about in-season products
The more Facebook posts, the better!

Make it better:• We must beat the competition• New promotions and deals need to be updated quick• Highlight seasonal items that will be needed soon• That is the best part of twitter: quick and efficient• Retweets on followers/questions/endorsed people• Link with Facebook and Youtube
