Failure Description Solutions

AIR HOT AIR 1 LEAK A loose up-stream pipe was found in 131HK and it was installed again.

F/CTL FLAP ADGB Trouble-shooting found the inner flap was inoperative, MCE of the right-wing was replaced.

Green Hydraulic System Overheat Replaced EDP of ENG 2.

F/CTL RUDDER ELEC ACTUATOR Replaced the electric module of rudder(403CY).

IPTCC Fault Adjusted the cable and replaced IPTCC.

BRAKES ALTN BRK 05&06 RELEASED

4GG3(MANIFOLD ASSY-BRK SERVOVALVE)、9GY3(SERVOVALVE-ALTN BRK)、RBCU1&2 were replaced.

Right wing tank’s fuel goes into center tank

5604QA2、5605QA2(VALVE-CENTRE TANK,NON RETURN)、5601QA2、

5602QA2(PUMP-JET,FUEL SCAVENGE )、5302QA2、5302QA1(VALVE-AIR

RELEASE )、5600QA2(VALVE-SCAVENGE,FUEL),were replaced and sent for

repair.

PMA electrical plug Leaks Replaced PMA stator.

F/CTL FLAP PCU 2 PCU was replaced.

TRAS Gimbal pin retainer clip slide out of position

Replace the clip by new PN:351-3021-1.

Failure Description Solutions

ENG 1 SHORT TERM MINOR FAULT PROBE-T20, ENG1(4020KS1) / HARNESS-EEC TO PYLON 1A,ENG1(4305KS1) / HARNESS-EEC TO PYLON 1B,ENG1(4306KS1)

The failure temporarily did not show itself again after T20 sensor was replaced.

OIS CAB & MAINT REDUNDANCYCheck the OSFC module Conditions. ENRM and IPSM recommend reset and not replaced. Other modules are recommended to be replaced directly to avoid OSFC failure when two modules become inoperative.

PROBE 4-N1 TURBINE SPEED,ENG2(4088KS42) / HARNESS-LPT OVERSPEED,ENG2(4360KS2) / HARNESS-EEC TO CORE ZONE 3 CHANNEL B,ENG2(4330KS2)

Ask maintenance personnel to pay attention to “fault with no effects”, Replace the corresponding LPT.

A-ICE ENG 2 VLV FAILED CLOSED Replace the corresponding PRSOV and PRV.
